Sunflowers are inspiring symbols of summer. When you’re painting a watercolor sunflower, you’ll want to get the petals to radiate their bright yellow colour. And when you achieve the hairy texture of the large centre in your painting, your sunflower watercolor will have a glowing, realistic result.
Yellow subjects like this sunflower can seem tricky to paint. But when you take the process step by step, painting realistic watercolor flowers is fun and rewarding. In 3 minutes there is no way I can even follow this as I don’t see all those dark spots & get my yellow wash & your sunflower is already finished! Beautiful but need more instructions in slower time!!

Super artwork on this sunflower (says a Kansas girl, sunflower is the state flower). I needed to see and hear about different aspects of the sunflower that someone else see's, different than my initial view. I'm really pleased to learn this from you here. Please please please Anna, can you tell me where I can get that specific stand you use for your large tablet? I’m powered wheelchair bound and trying to find something like that that will take the weight of the larger tablets and give the length and mobility that yours has, is very difficult.
