Hello, Sharon! WOW!! A TERRIFIC VIDEO! We’ve so often viewed these two items~~~Aqua Painters n’ Blending Pens~~being used in videos! However, I DON’T RECALL seeing them used like this SO WE COULD REALLY SEE THE EFFECTS they each give on a card! This was SO VERY HELPFUL to me and I’m a seasoned stamper! I often forget about the Blender Pen and what it can do so the video was a GREAT REMINDER to me as well! I really like the cards but the COPPER EMBOSSED design is truly my fave!!! (I’m a copper lover, too!). And the embossing as such helps to contain the water! GREAT tip there as well! Thank you, thank you for sharing this COMPARISON USAGE video with us! Have a LOVELY day and enjoy those GORGEOUS Mountain View’s! HUGS from Madison, WI!
Judith I am thrilled that you you enjoyed this video showing both the Aqua Painter and the Blender Pens! And you know me...when I can pull in Copper I am on it! You are correct that the embossing helps get the water where you want it! Thanks for you your thoughts on this video and yes I do enjoy my mountain views!
Thank you Sharon for all the tips on different was to color and shade. I have learned alot. Your mountains and trees sure looked much crisper than mine. Thank you for sharing.
Sharon - thanks for sharing this information with us! It is a little confusing for those of us whom have never water colored to know which is the correct Inks, papers & coloring tools to use with each other. I will have to watch this again prior to trying any water coloring trying. Thank you for sharing.👏👏💕
Great ideas Sharon, Ive found with watercolour papers that if I run it through my big shot machine with clean plates it helps to get it flat again after I’ve finished my painting or if you lightly spray the back of the watercolour card with water before you start your project this helps to keep it flat too! 🌸
Lynn Kiefer well I did live in Texas for 40 years!!! One day I’ll return!! I’m so glad you enjoyed this video!!! Makes me happy that you learned so much!💕💕
I am glad you enjoyed this video Mary. I tried to use a White Gel Pen too but I think the black was just too much! I want to keep trying because we have snow on our mountains out my window!
You definitely live in a beautiful area. We are staying in Tucson for the winter (escaping our northern Wisconsin weather for awhile) and have been told we should go down to Bisbee, which I think is close to you. Thanks for all your great information!
Yes I do live in a beautiful area! I was just in Tucson on Sunday for the Rodeo! Yes if you drive down Hwy 92 to Bisbee you pass by my house! Bisbee is a fun little town! You need to do the Mine Tour! I am glad you enjoyed all I shared on my video today!
I am glad it was helpful! You can order StazOn cleaner! I usually rub it on the stamps then let it sit for a few minutes then scrub it off with Stampin' Scrub here it is on the website www.stampinup.com/ecweb/product/109196/st%C4%81zon-cleaner
Thanks for sharing different coloring techniques. I’ve had a struggle using the a white crafting ink. When it dries it’s very light . Do you have any videos on the chalk look other than heat embossing?
Glad it was helpful! Are you stamping with the White craft on colored cardstock? Have you re-inked lately? I do not have any videos regarding this. Perhaps I need to make one!
I usually stamp on black paper . Yes I reined . Maybe I’ll just stick to heat embossing . Thank you. I love you card ideas. I’ve been crafting 5 yrs but you never cease to inspire me
@@christinepastrama1275 You know even when chalk stamping was popular I struggled with not embossing the Craft white! LOL! I am so glad that you love my ideas and that I am inspiring you! Thank you Christine!
Oh that's a great idea! I should throw in some photos of my mountains and sunsets! Guess I need to make another video using Mountain Air Stamp set! Honestly I have not idea if you can get the Aqua Painter at Hobby Lobby. You can find them on my website www.stampinup.com/ecweb/product/103954/aqua-painters
Ok thanks Sharon, I’m don’t know how to order on line . My husband did all that , but he past away last August. And yes it is very hard . Looking forward to seeing your Mountains. He loved the mountains
@@janethenderson2801 I am so very sorry for your loss. You can always call me and I will place the order for you. I want you to contact me via this link txstampin.com/contact-me so that I can send you some pictures of my mountains.
They should not be dry. Have you contacted Stampin' Up? I live in a very dry climate and mine are not dry. Now my ink pads do dry out but that's another story!
