WATERFRONT CAFE & RESTAURANT SPEEDBUILD (no CC) | The Sims 4 

#eapartner I was inspired by the iconic Degraves Street and Centre Place here in Melbourne, one of the busiest tourist spots in the city. It's famous for its vibrant atmosphere and unique cafes so I thought I'd try to capture the vibes in this build! I was also inspired by one of the recent TS4 kits, Cozy Bistro.
Hope you enjoy how this build came together! I had lots of fun creating a realistic urban environment while still keeping it trendy and charming. As always, I went crazy with cluttering, but I think it's the details that make a build special. Let me know what you think of this build!
