On Sunday the 23rd of June 2024, Steamrail utilised the Taits for another run of popular Suburban Shuttles, this time running between Watergardens and Sunbury. The journey commences with a slower run to Sunbury, then returning at a faster pace to Watergardens.
Enjoy the sounds of the Tait train, especially with the beat of the flat wheel

They were the best trains to get home on . Hot day, doors and windows open, ..over shoot Laburnum platform on the steep grade one carriage length , no problem we all scramble down the embankment before the bridge...just another day going home.
