We like to put our planters into the bathtub and give them a nice shower overhead and underneath. We make sure to really soak everything and let the planters drain overnight in the tub. The next day they look so happy and perky! This also helps to wash off all the dusts that have accumulated on the leaves. Would recommend, if planters aren't too heavy to lift into the tub.
