Watering System Timer: Raindrip R675CT Analog 3-Dial 

I have 3 of these timers now and they are still going strong!

our regular yard/grass (about 1.5 acres) run on the digital automatic Rain Bird system (underground sprinkler systems) but I had to add something in for the gardens which keep expanding so I went old school...

great question, it starts when you pop in the battery, so if you choose for the 'frequency' (the bottom left knob) to be every hour then it will run 60 minutes from that time. If you want it to run every 24 hours, it will run the next day at that time. I'm sure you already are thinking that you want to put the battery in at the same time you want the spinkler to run. I run mine every 12 hrs (sunrise/sunset) when it's over 100F, otherwise once every day or two (I have a LOT of woodchips which keeps the moisture in) I really like this watering system, i have several of these timers....non-digital, less to go wrong.

@@OldSchoolPrepper Yeah I was initially looking at purchasing a digital timer from my local hardware store, because that’s all they had. But I RU-vidd how to program it… and it took ‘em forever to set in the current day, time, how to select which days you want to run … water release times etc. I had already lost interest by then and definitely Didn’t want to spend half hour programming the darn thing. I wanted to find something easier. Your demo of the analogue timer was exactly what I was looking for. Straight to the point.. Turn a few dials and bam! Good to go! Perfecto! 👌 Thanks for sharing … new sub ☺️

yes, you can set it to go off at certain times and certain days.
