Atolea's quality and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I received a package shipped from China, and the bracelet broke within days. When I contacted them, they instructed me to send the broken item to a warehouse in Europe for a refund-even though the package originated from China. How do I know this? Unlike others who may have received their jewelry for free and felt compelled to post positive reviews about cheap, substandard products, I actually purchased from Atolea. I attempted to return the items because one arrived broken and the other two tarnished almost immediately. This experience from Atolea has been nothing short of a scam.
