2*B_3 + B_3 + 128 + B_3 =1600
4*B_3 + 128 = 1600
4*B_3 = 1600 - 128
B_3 = 1472/4
B_3 = 368
From here, we can tell that:
B_1 = 2*368 = 736
B_2 = 368 + 128 = 496 (ANSWER)
B_3 = 368
