I like how the Millers redid the decor and painted with fresher subltler colours. The house looks alot brighter, bigger and happier to be in. The asking price is way too high imo for that neighborhood though.
As it should that poor family deserves justice. Shan Ann loves her sweet babies & will do anything for them She is a force to be reckoned with. I wouldn't mess with her. She's passionate especially for her sweet family. I wonder if NK experiences paranormal things since she & Cw killed SW & her babies.
The back garden /yard is MINUTE for the size of the house. Ridiculous size especially with the crowded jammed up houses/condos now built up to the rear if the house. Awful.
Standard lot size. Some people would rather a large home and small yard . It's the same for the rest of the neighborhood. Colorado has beautiful backdrop plenty of parks and areas to enjoy you don't need acres of land nor could anyone afford it.
@@Rollimggiant May be a standard lot size for that neighborhood/city but not for most. Usually a house that size is on a bigger piece of property elsewhere even in more expensive states.

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord the Bible says. There is no such thing as, "spirit of my grandmother", "Spirit of Shanna", etc...they are what are referred to as, '"Familiar Spirits". They mascarade as loved ones, etc to decieve the living into 'opening doors', through which they otherwise have no permission to enter. These entities are drawn to places where great pain & suffering occurred, and enjoy reacting horrors. Do not be deceived. We know the place is haunted after the plethora of evidence caught, including the disembodied voice of a child laughing (not even to mention all the EVPs and apparition(s). After seeing all that I've seen unrelated to this saga, I can pretty much guarantee that if the family that moved in wasn't Christian, and didn't take authority in the name of Jesus through the blood of Jesus, that they were experiencing paranormal activity in one form or another. They didn't move out because of "gawkers"...they understood that this would occur before they moved in. I thought it wasn't a profoundly naive, reckless & irresponsible decision bringing children into that home. They would have been the primary target of any extra-dimensional activity from malevolent entities. And make no mistake - they do exist. I've been face to face with one with - clear as day - with less than 2ft of separation.

Truly feel the same I believe she's not passed over I have a feeling that the girls and Nico are. Heard evps say that Bella's waiting for cris daddy to come it breaks my heart and Bella CeCe and Nico are together with their kitten 🐾💙💜🕊️
I understand why you say that but I just can’t agree. But then I don’t believe in ghosts. And I worked in what is supposed to be one of the most haunted places in Oklahoma (according to my cousin the ghost chaser). I believe when you pass you go one way or the other. I know where the kids went and I feel sure Shannan went there too . I pray she is at peace. Her husband took her life from her, I have to believe he wasn’t allowed to take her afterlife too
@@suekelley2109I don't think people are saying ghosts but spirit. I believe Shannan goes back there in spirit.Did you listen to the police bodycam from that night they went through the house? And then when the digs were going through the house there definitely was giggling in that closet. The dog handler even said she heard it and wasn't going any further in.The cop heard it too
After viewing it on Zillow, I did notice the dining room ceiling that Shanann painted purple, is now beige. The kids’ bedrooms are all beige now. They were pink & teal or aqua when the Girls had them. In fact, the Millers chose to lighten the entire home! Very beautiful house! I hope some wonderful, loving Family will purchase it and have MANY HAPPY YEARS in it! 🥰🙏🏻😇
I noticed in one of the realtor photos of the main floor living room, the Millers have "These were the moments that time stood still", with the photos of their 3 children as newborns centered on the main wall. I just found that phrase eerily profound, considering the 3 Watts children ( I'm counting Nico), were needlessly robbed of their young lives, who also called that house their home.
Exactly, it's disrespectful of the three children who were murdered. "Time stood still," can be said for death, too. Such a poor choice of words placed smack dab in large print on that wall in that great room. I'm sure it wasn't done with that in mind, but how could the Millers not have thought that.
@@Gianna0831I wouldn’t be too quick to give the benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t intentional. I’ve heard several people say that the woman (Mrs. Miller) was on Watts Facebook groups before purchasing the home and seemed obsessed w SW and the house. The way she posted the photos of her and her 3 kids in the kitchen when they bought the home, plus all the interaction on social media and the big long numbered list about their reasons for buying the home just never sat right with me. To me, if you reeeeally loved this particular home, and just had to buy it despite the tragic history, & you also didn’t want any negative attention drawn to your family, the last thing you should be doing is posting a response to crazies on social media about your family’s reasons for buying the home. Why not just ignore it and let it all die down?? Plus someone also mentioned that the new color scheme in the living room off the kitchen/dining was painted the same as the house on the Lifetime Watts movie. Now I’m not for certain about any of this, but those first photos and the social media thing just always left a bad taste in my mouth. It just seemed like she wanted attention from it all and wanted her family to be remembered along w the Watts, which I didn’t exactly like the taste that left either. Then how she decorated her daughter’s rooms eerily similar to Bella & Cece’s w the names on the walls, idk. I just wouldn’t be too sure it was “just a coincidence”. Everyone, including the Millers, know what happened in that home and to have the phrase, “Time stood still,” plastered on the front sitting room of that home, knowing what happened there….nuh uh. And I HATE to judge w/o knowing the whole story but it just leaves me w an icky feeling 😕
@@Gianna0831How is it disrespectful? What happened has happened and it’s unfortunate but the Miller’s bought the house and made it THEIR HOME. You people are so weird.
Why knock it down? I grew up on Long Island, 20 minutes from Ocean Avenue in Amityville. That house is still there and people are living in it… still has gawkers doing drive bys, and always will
I do agree it should be left. It beautiful area never been Colorado but would of loved to many good and the bad memories for people round their. Hope the house finds it forever tenants same to waste such beauty
Imagine being Chris and seeing what they could've got for the house if he'd only just not turned it into a m*rder mansion and ended up in his forever home in Wisconsin. They would've made more than he would've got in the life insurance policies, he would still have his job, his beautiful kids and had the option of seeing them grow up, getting married, living their best lives and being free. Unreal.
Seeing pictures of the master bedroom, I question how someone can go to bed every night and not think of a life being taken in that space. Most likely exactly where the bed is placed.
@debbiecox6802 I happened to see the video yesterday of when the police were in his home. Their bed was in exactly the same place between the two windows. That is just creepy for me.
I just saw this on Facebook don’t surprise me I said when they bought it see how long before it is up for sale again ! Here we are up for sale you could not pay me to live in there
Last year I put my beloved, sweet dog whom I was super close to down. It literally broke my heart and still does. One early morning around 4:00 a.m I looked out my kitchen window and saw a beautiful, pulsating multi colored ball of light and am for certain it was my sweet pup letting me know she's still here❤ some things just can't be explained
It's a mansion compared to houses here 🇦🇺, that would be worth a million plus with our house prices 😳. I personally couldn't live there because of what happened 😢
i have a small 3 bed 1 bathroom home in south australia , this is definatley a mansion ... but my home has front and back garden which i feel is a luxury.
The office was downstairs next to laundry and garage and then 4 bedrooms upstairs so I’m not sure if the spare bedroom was the office or the boys room was the office cause the spare was shown with girls and master then boys room was shown with laundry room which I don’t understand cause all 3 of my kids rooms would of been upstairs with me and I wouldn’t want one on bottom floor when everyone else was on the second! $4,067 estimated monthly mortgage payment + $70 per month HOA fees. That’s ridiculous!!! HOA is bullcrap anymore it was originally started as a way for subdivisions and communities to keep a balance so people who took care of their property and lawns didn’t have that one or two pain in the butt neighbor with a junkyard or unmowed lawn that was trashed out and it helped keep the entire neighborhood looking nice and didn’t have some dragging property values down and I mean the foundation of HOA is kinda good but having to pay out and they can sue you if you don’t pay and they can tell you exactly what length to mow, what kinds of trees, bushes, flowers etc you can put on your property, how to decorate your house for holidays, they can even evict you if the inside of your home is messy! Yes, recently found that out if they receive complaints about the house and you’re a hoarder for example even if not messy just a ton of stuff then they can demand you take care of it in 30 days or get evicted cause it’s a fire hazard! No thank you! Not that I’m messy or anything but I would rather not have anyone telling me how to do the outside and inside of my house thank you. Also, I would be happy paying a lot less and getting more land anyway! You have no front or back yard.
What did the family that bought it get over their 15 minutes of fame after buying that house, interviewing about it? They knew exactly what they were doing, smh
Yeah… I want that house. I wanted it last year too, but it was too much and time does make a difference in how much of a loan you can apply for. But haunted or not, I still want it and I’m pretty sure this time I may actually be able to afford it. I’m honestly excited it’s back on the market for Sale.
I'm telling you that house was cursed before anybody ever moved in there. That land is cursed!! The previous owners are never going to tell you the truth but us empaths know whats up What up Zowoki!! Happy side eye Friday.💜👾💜
My theory is a Native American haunting - either the land was cursed or was a battle site or something. I tried researching this but didn't get very far.
@suekelley2109 Ok thanks for helping me understand, totally 4got I coulda just Googld it 🙄 Thx for clearing it up 4me both Getting 2ol 4myself 2deal w sometimes 😂
To all the people who live in fantasy land and recommend tearing down a beautiful home are you going to fund that decision? Who should? There is absolutely no reason to destroy the home . I can't understand the logic it sounds like a 5 yr olds idea of what to do. Make a garden or park wtf ? Will there be unicorns and rainbows too?
Well the Watts were living above their means, they couldn't afford to live there... so you can only imagine what the mortgage payments were for the Millers. The house went up in value. Me personally I liked Shannon's home that she had before she met Chris in North Carolina...It was a much better looking home than her home in Colorado.
I did the 3D picture tour, not the regular 45 pictures and do it and see what you see! The downstairs bedroom, go in the closet and look at the large oval mirror, then turn around and look at what is possibly reflected. I wish I could post the pictures here.
Thx for being so on it and ty bringing this breaking news to your people!! Yes that is Shananns backsplash but the color avoce the cabinets 😉 i know they moved in they said they were excited to make the Watts house their new home as well?? To fill it with love and light again...I seem to think that maybe they're selling for financial reasons..? 🖤💜🩶
Almost like the DeFeo and Lutz family at 112 Ocean Ave, Long Island NY. It’s only missing the “High Hopes” sign in the yard. It Don’t matter what decorating or painting they did. But It cannot mask the horror that took place there.
The carpets still the same and the laundry room. Look beautiful ❤️ but couldn't have that carpet or have the girls name on the walls like shannon did 😢💜💜 dont forget to like and hit that share button .
Apparently they are selling because they are divorcing. The husband was arrested for Domestic V and has a history of this. If this is true, it's very sad to hear and eerily creepy. 😢 The details are on the plunder channel FYI 😊
NK is using the last name of Miller. The Miller's purchased. Looks like a staged home again. When looking at the pictures, it looks as if it was done by the original decorator but in a different color scheme.
Here in England with houses of horror they have knocked them down to the ground, out of respect. I dont know how anyone could sit on the couch knowing that monster dragged shannan down those very stairs and as for the bedroom where he murdered her no, just no. I would never sleep knowing what happened there..
We do that as well here in the US. There’s been many homes where murders have taken place or serial killers lived that we’ve had demolished. The difference is that this home is still owned by the bank and under the authority of the HOA. It’s unfortunate because just seeing the thing makes me feel very sad. I wish a nice garden could be put there instead, but not while the bank owns it. Even if someone rich bought it outright, they’d have an uphill battle from the HOA in allowing that to happen.
To view the house inside outside fully and not just cops video cam footage only will help in catching more lies CW made up of where shannan life was taken and removed out of the home
Every home whether it’s this home or my own home , every home has a heart and I think yes Shanann visits her home and The girls! That could be a reason they want to move! After all Shanann and Chris had the home built! It’s a really Beautiful home,!
I bet a lot of us thought they selling because it’s haunted lol and then I thought it could be the traffic drawn to the house because of the case But those are my 2 guesses as to why they want to sell lol
Everytime i see the house or any videos, my heart litrally breaks everytine, I think the house looked very cold and stale now, some parts looked nice but overall, very bleak. I keep expecting to see Shanann and the girls pop up and hear those beautiful little girls giggles, and happy little faces, sorry guys i just cant get my head around all of this.. RIP SHANANN BELLA CC and NICO ❤❤❤❤
with what iv read its becouse they cant get any peace. people are always driving past and they have been compared to the watts. it wasto be expected tho with its history. look at us lot we cant leave it alone either, its astory evryone is imtrested in
It says a lot that the Millers painted it brighter inside and outside. I think it is tough to live in a house where bad energy settled. You can't make it go away by painting it brighter. It is in the walls and on the property.
@jennylouis60 That makes sense. I'm not used to the basement counting in the square footage. I went on Zillow and did the 3D tour, and the bedrooms are all pretty small. The house really didn't seem that big. My master bedroom was originally a family room, so it's about 3X larger. My kitchen is about the same if you include their breakfast area and sitting area. I was scratching my head, thinking it must he a typo on the square footage. I was also surprised that the new owners haven't really done much to the inside of the home. It still has carpet everywhere, besides what looks like 1990s linoleum in the kitchen. The appliances are all the same. The only thing I noticed is that some of the bedrooms have been painted a different color. The exterior paint looks fantastic. They didn't show the basement in any of the photos or on the 3D tour.
Too bad the family won’t come forward and tell us if it’s haunted. When my sisters husbands niece, nephew and father were unalived in their house it was up for rent within 1 months and someone moved in. I couldn’t!
That's way too much for that house! Wow! Maybe people kept driving to look at it on the outside and they got tired of it. I don't blame them. I would never buy a home where a murder took place. That's just me though.
That’s honestly almost below average average for the Denver metro & suburbs. Many homes closer to Denver are over $800k for that same house. Denver proper is worse - So many homes close to the million dollar mark that are $350k in the Midwest. I live in the west Denver metro and pay a fortune for rent. 😵💫
In my opinion new/owners wanted to flip to make money & stayed long enough to get a little equity in people are emotionally invested in shanann/kids/home ..It might anger some people that thèy wanted to make a quick flip on a house that some people still think of as shanann & kids home so they waited a bit to sell. If someone buys that at what its listed at, they will make good profit..
Idiot Millers bought is because it was dirt cheap. Now they are cashing in. It should have been torn down. The Milkers with that fake narrative they spun about living in dedication to Shanaan and her babies was complete BS.
I think they should dismantle it and make a beautiful memorial for Shannann and her beautiful little girls. If we all chipped in we could Do something Shannann would Like in good taste. Please don't let tacky greedy people degrade one more second of this family's life. ENOUGH.
I don't believe in spirits or ghosts BUT after what happened there I wouldn't live there even if they gave it to me for free. I know what happened there and remember the night of the 14th LE was walking through the girls bedrooms and their closets, and that broke my heart. Just the reminder that those 2 girls were gone forever was a heartbreaking shock to me. There were 4 people in that house, laughter "happiness" etc and suddenly all of them were gone. 3 and 1/2 innocents and a murderer, terrible! Knowledge of what happened there will maybe change in the next generation.
Any time you disturb a home by painting and changing shit around I guarantee it’s haunted and yes you might not be saying it but I know your thinking it 😂
I don’t know what to say. I’m going to sound like a lunatic right now but I would not be able to sleep there. Kids are especially sensitive to energy good or bad. I have personally experienced this and would it chance it.
Personally I think even though the reading said Shanann was at peace, it dont think a soul truly rests when they are taken by murder. They get ripped out of this life. Plus not all the perpetraitors in this crime have been brought to justice. Whilst i oont think Shanann necessarily haunts the house, the new owners may feel her presence. However children taken by such horrible means often become poltergeists that can just be cheeky to us or naughty, it depends. I hope the poor owners haven't had to move because of disgusting trolls. Thus home was again beutified in with thier own touches and I wish them all the best and find it sad they've had to move so soon after making the place thiers. Kindness folks, even if your displeased about something, is a much nicer way to communicate.
Nobody is paying $770,000 for a murder house. $669,000 was WAY too much to begin with. The Miller's should not expect more than what the Watt's paid, honestly. It has OSB beams, not solid wood, so no thanks!
I read it's up for sale because some people tried to break in a couple times and people keep riding past the house taking pictures and they're annoyed with it. I'd be annoyed to but they should have never bought it. They should have known that they were still going to be gawkers out there trying to see the house
Maybe they sick of people going outside taking pics and being famous for a horrific murder! Their children are growing and maybe to protect them and people approaching them and them finding out about the house they are living in.
It’s a really beautiful home that they made into a nice home that shanann would definitely love if she was still here I bet she was proud of them I mean I pray it’s not cause it’s haunted or that ppl who are interested in the case came by harassing them over the case
I’m going to assume that there were too many lookie loos who wanted to see the house. I feel bad for the Miller family but surely they must have suspected what was going to happen. I heard that Nate and his family (the next door neighbors) moved away because of all the people driving up and knocking on his door I can’t even imagine how it was for the Miller family My suggestion is that the house is torn down and perhaps be made into a memorial park Perhaps that may not appeal to some people, but at least it would be out of love for Shannan, Bella, Celeste and Nico ❤❤❤
