I survived!
Happy to say that my trip to Morocco to climb Mount Toubkal was a success! I talk more about this in the video.
I enjoyed the Black Mountains so much I returned to climb to the highest point and reflect on my journey to the top of North Africa!
I am in the process of creating a film of my trip which will premiere at the next Breast Friends event (12th July). I will also publish the video on RU-vid on the 14th so everyone has a chance to see it.
Breast Friends was the charity I raised funds for, a local cancer support group along with Cancer Research.
I will continue to post updates leading up to this and I'm still currently collecting funds with my sponsor sheet so I will leave the Just Giving page open until 1st August in case anyone else would like to donate.

Good vid. I agree it's so good to be outdoors. Good filming. Waun Fach, the Dragons Back is beautiful. So many go to Pen y Fan and miss out on it. You mentioned Grwyne Fawr, the smallest bothy. It's a great little place. I recently stayed the night there. Hope you get there too.👋👍

Cheers. It is a stunning area and will definitely have to stop at that bothy in the future. Maybe when I do some astrophotography!

Great time out Rich. It's been a while since I was up Waun Fach - it's changed a lot with the paths etc. A few blocks on the trail and wrong turns but a good walk up reminiscing about the Moroccan trip. Well done - yeah dig a bit deeper. You did that alright. Lovely drone shots - I was spotting old walks and adventures. Well, good going. Enjoyed that. Mark

Glad you enjoyed the video. It is such a beautiful area to explore. It is sometimes nice to go off the beaten tracks. Walking in the mountains and pushing yourself is so rewarding. I will have to check other walks in the area. Next upload will be in the snowdon range, which was one of my favourites so far in the national park! Take care, Rich

Also I recently climb Waun Fach aswell back in Feb I went up via the Dragons Back but I've only just got round to editing and uploading my video, its not as high quality as yours mind, but I enjoy it.
