I followed the advice and bought 2 wave solos. Previously had tried the hyperice. The wave solo doesn’t really compare, the more vigorous hyperice releases tissues to much greater effect. I have competed as a professional athlete and am a coach to many and would have to say I wouldn’t bother with the wave solo and wild spend the extra to get a more useful tool as I ended up doing.
Happy that you found what works for you! For me, the wave solo is perfect for the office environment. I can totally see how the Mini would be beneficial in your case!
Love your content! I'm looking to get some new gear over the holidays. Are you still shooting with the Sony a7? I'm using the Canon EOS but thinking of picking up a second camera and like how clear your shots are!
Noise - I haven’t tried either of these but I can’t stand the noise of my Theragun. Sounds like a jackhammer. That’s one reason I’m checking out other devices.
