I had been also to my tough life but I'm making progress with myself ..... I just want to be happy .... Just happy nothing matters other than joyful soul...... I always think why I'm so unlucky that everyone leaves me throughout my whole 24 years of my life ...... But then then I wake up one day and start building myself ..... Making and following healthy routine , eating good food, doing meditation, doing yoga , planting trees, watching sunrise and little birds, spend time in painting ( this is the only thing my mother had teached me when I was young ) but with my sad life, I forgot how much I love painting , studying more and more . .... But now I know I can make myself better than yesterday. 😊

@@RubinaSkincare I was very confident when I completed my M com and I used to feel like that nothing in the world can make me disheartened and that was a time when my parents where planning for me to get married and that was the turning point of my entire life I got married to a person whom I never knew it was totally arranged and I have never ever went to the place where the boy was and the entire family was 4m and I was very unhappy at a point that I didn't expected this to happen to me all my confidence level became zero I was feeling really hopeless miserable and stuck in a situation from which I was feeling like I would never escape from I had a very horrible marriage experience and that really trolled me down and that is the main cause of suffering my mental health right now I cannot find peace anywhere the only place I can find right now is of watching something which is new in the market to make myself feel better specially in front of the mirror because that is the best friend I have seen in my life who is trying hard for me to gain my confidence back that I am not useless I am not pathetic I am something which I was 5 years ago (the reflection of mine in the mirror).. for me recovering from mental health was a very long journey and I am still recovering I have not recovered ..the only thing which has helped me was caring about myself and I know many people will not accept the fact that at that point you don't even like to look yourself in the mirror but it has helped me I saw 2000 flaws in me when I was looking into my the mirror and I started deleting the flaws I started pampering myself & it lead me to the point that I started watching RU-vid I came to know about products slowly and steadily I came in contact with beautiful people who were authentic where sharing genuine news and which kind of helped me and now I feel more confident I feel like yes I have achieved my true self which I was when I was in college and I feel really pretty to look at myself in the mirror because that image only gives me the out most confidence right now nobody on the earth can make me feel confident the way the mirror reflection of Mine gives me🌷 and you are also helping me alot in combating the present scenario in an around us this is my true genuine feelings for you

I have seen people have started talking about it which is a very fantastic job and I find it really helpful when you are talking because there is something in your words which really makes us get listen understand and be attached with you throughout the time being you are talking and not everyone can gain that attention you have that capacity which I have seen and person like you should be available in each and every house this is my perspective about you as a personality I am not always on RU-vid to see new products I am also there to have an appearance of a person maybe it is through a screen but it makes me feel that there are people who can be very helpful in your life if you get connected to those people through any medium.. when people are friends they share the contact number their home address their office address or wherever they are available throughout the day and they can easily meet each other talk to each other so they are privileged in that sense but sometimes we find people whom we cannot get connected through a phone call or going to each other places but we can connect through this process which you are doing on RU-vid and it is a very very very kind job ..I am urging you to make a series or what ever you can make videos on mental health if you are comfortable share your journey so that people can connect with if not at least how you have come up to the position you are sitting right now what has helped you what other things can help just sum up all and create a video and I am hundred and ten percent sure that this video will get the most amount of ratings and people will surely learn something from your content and this is the foremost reason I always keep asking when are you going to upload everyday because you are blessing in a disguise.

Hi, I have ben watching your reviews on different skin n hair care products. I can't say much about skin care but yeah if u want healthy shine bouncy , long hair so just try home made oil with coconut or Mustard oil, almond oil, few neem n curry leaves , onion seeds/ black sead , aleovera,methi seeds and keep all ingredients on low flame for few minutes n use this oil once or twice a week with pinch of camfor u will see the difference in wash u will love ur hair 🥰

most important fact about the video it was very informative and the trick which you have shared that using a shampoo which is less costly first and then going for a treatment based shampoo later on which is an expensive one is the best thing I have learnt from your video and surely I will be giving a try to the NEUTROGENA shampoo if I get it in my budget because I feel like that I get the most happiest when I invest in skin care and sometimes Hair Care also earlier I was a very big makeup Chunky but nowadays I have stopped applying any kind of foundation concealer n even I have stopped them purchasing...I only invest on skin care and skin care and I will be doing that for my entire life that is my main goal for myself as this is the best point for me to make me happy which charges me n always give a feeling joy because I have learnt in my early thirties that investing in my own self is the biggest investment I can make in my life no one in the entire world helps at the time when you are suffering internally or externally also not even your parents they will also just help you with the food the shelter but not much internally which you are going through because very few people on this earth understand the word name as *feelings* and feelings Are so nostalgic they usually really really makes a person hollow from inside and that hollowness can never be filled and until and unless we self try to heel it and I have found my best position is when I care for myself my skin my body my hair that is the price position for me personally from last five years as far as I remember and it is not that that I am having this issue right now when I was young I was in 2nd standard I used to feel very lonely at that time and that moment I only found my best friend i.e my pen and my copy and I always used to keep writing the stories which come into my mind the things which make me miserable and make me feel like hopeless and horrible so I used to narrate a story based on the feelings I am feeling and then I used to tear the page and throw it in the dustbin that was the best part I have done in my life I was very very reserved in nature due to the fact because there was no one around me to listen to me so my best friend was as you mentioned journalling thanx for reminding me that which I forgot I used to write so much thanks for guiding & always taking us to the right path😊

Cause I had a bad bad experience 3 years back when I had to cut my hairs till my shoulders cause of beauty salon I visited without any information that was so scary... But things of past r gone n now my hairs r long cause I apply henna n oil them on a regular basis .... N yes use loreal serum that u suggested its tooooo gud. Hi Rubina,all your hair care is very good .And really sensible .But high end products all of us cant afford sply now.I use hibiscus, aloe vera and green tea ,fenugreek in combinations i make like a dicicsion leave it for 2 hrs or 1 hr then wash off .regular home made oil champi.good conditioner and lots of green leafs veggies.I really wantedto know your haircare regime.and i must say its a well planned and thought out regime.we need to learn lots from your routine .thank youvso much for sharing the much asked routine.

try meeting a trichologist or a doctor as well.. as hair fall can be complex and may not respond well to just topical care. as for good products detoxie and the minimalist serum can help. Do look at DIM supplementation along with Nettle- but do please consult your doctor before you start these.

Sulphates are fine for hair Ashwini and are in fact needed to wash off most of the silicones. As long as you are using a good brand and product its fine. If the shampoo is drying then its the whole formulation that is not working for you as just like with skincare shampoos also need to be balanced for hydration and moisturisation- so the shampoo will have hyaloronic , glycerin...it MOST DEFINITELY does not cause premature graying :)
