I love 2004 so much. It’s the perfect mix of the 90’s and 2000’s. Just enough technology to be better off, but not enough to be in hole we are now with addiction
I can remember watching this live on TV in August of ‘03. Ben Harper played right before these guys. (It was only later I found out that YC’s guitarist was also named Ben Harper.)
I saw these guys play this song live at my old High school back in the early 2000s. Westlake high school in Westlake village california. They put on a hell of a show.
Tell me about it. I think a lot of this band's energy ended up kinda fading in the 2010s, but you can absolutely feel so much raw energy out of this performance. It's one I keep coming back to.
Actually I'm a 35 old bored clerk but at the time I played as singer in a horrible punk band, I wished to push the sond like they did in this performance. The best live performance I have ever seen and everytime I listen to it i wish to start singing punk again
This band is AWESOME! Enough said. The singer is great live, the violinist is epic, the drummer is beast, the guitarists rock! What's not to love?! Yellowcard Forever!
Nice to see the host did his homework prior to showing up to this gig... calling it their debut album when in fact it is off their 4th full-length release.
Everyone reminiscing but nobody asking why this type of music stopped being made/faded from popularity? Sucks that this had to be an "era", where all these amazing punk bands were going nuts. I was born in 2001 and feel sad.
that PERFECTLY timed backflip 👌🏻 what an amazing performance by these guys all the way back then, aside from slightly rushing the whole thing which i assume was probably done intentionally by the network for broadcast…reasons or something 🙄
It's a shame Ryan had problems with his voice back in 2006-2007. Not that he sounds bad now, but he was amazing back then. Just feel the power in his voice... Glad I saw them live a couple of times before that happened.
