No basic facilities like water, electricity, road, connectivity for existing people. Government has failed to provide better quality of life for bangaloreans. No point trusting this failed Government to give facilities for "outskirts of Bangalore ".😅
Chill out brother. I have seen a guy built a 1lakh liter rain water storage tank below his house... so he planned it before the construction. And he has made adequate filtration system for it. But he now hardly ever needs to rely on gov. supplied water. And yeah being mindful while using water is also equally important. Do these: 1) Water storage from Rain 2) Judiciously using water and you will never have any problems..
Insightful but I don't agree with the comment that out of one million transactions only one defaults. In my circle itself they are many who first hand got cheated with double registration properties or the property occupied by locals
no water, no proper roads, no electricity, traffic jams in Bangalore - people are already suffering. These people want to keep hiking property rates so that they can make more money on brokerage :) . IT Companies should not be in just 2 or 3 cities it should expand all over India.
