Seeing Wayde making a comeback from his knee injury gives me hope because I was also dealing with back-to-back knee injuries for many years. Even though I've recovered, I'm still not confident that I can complete a full intense workout without risking another injury. Wayde gives me hope that it's possible, just have to be patient and not rush anything.
Imagine if his career comes full circle where he wins the Worlds (2015/2023) this year and the Olympics (2016/2024) the following year just like when he was in his prime. 🔥🔥
@@timmytheinventor4746 Ikr. Would be sooo redeeming. And the thing is that it's actually possible. No Norman, Kerley. Gardiner is the real one to watch out though.
@@timmytheinventor4746 Don't know about Kirani James but he always performs when it matter's so you can't count him out. And then of course Samukonga is looking deadly as well.
For sure. The whole story is too heartbreaking...from being the very top to losing everything to an accident he got from charity. Then having to sit and recover slowly and steadily while knowing all too well despite relentless effort you might never really become competitive again. Then finding you're not only competitive but you're a second away from your WR and knowing you definitely are in the conversation for a podium finish.
Now that's what we have all been waiting for its shows the power of patience well done wade you showed again why you won that Olympic gold legend status
Wade is going to have to run under 44sec to hold Gardiner at the world championships. Id say he is on point to do 43. 17, But 42.99 would be his dream . Can he dip under 43 sec to break his old world record
