Never heard of Kyle Chandler when he was cast. And now, I never heard of Aaron Pierre either. But from doing research about them and people speaking high of them, James Gunn is clearly going for really talented actors. Regardless of whether they are super famous or not. Really super excited for Lanterns.

Cyborg doesn't fit in the JL. Batman / Mr. Terrific already fills the tech guy role, and Supes / GL / WW / Manhunter already fly. He's better suited for Teen Titans

I would like a Gotham Universe show focused around Commissioner( or younger) Gordon where Riddler is the antagonist but hes a more serious serial killer kind of character. I would like it to be a police or crime procedural but have Riddler play a role similar to that of "Red John" from the show "The Mentalist"

Oh god the penguin is not going down. First was peak, i thought of a dip in 2nd episode didnt happed Thought 3rd will be down, 3rd was even better and left with thrill. Not even kidding hire these writers. Expecting an all timer comic book movie from the batman 2, reeves know how to cook sequels he already nailed planets of the ape. Just get greg fraiser in that winter theme,its a 1 billion movie. The batman is currently 22 on imdb popularity even after 2 and half year shows how well it aged.

I think a problem with them creating Gotham universes that for the people that don’t have HBO they will be confused about some of the future Batman movies

The Batman 2 was pretty good and the Penguin is excellent so far. I am not for creating yet another universe but I think this is not a good idea but a great idea to create a Gotham universe. Heck, the Riddler TV series could even be next. The James Gunn Batman universe is going to take quite some time to start so this is a great idea.
