Thank you WC Wickedclown I can't tell you how easy you just made my life you explain everything down to a T and that's hard to find on you tube. I got 3 kbar units because I have 3 Helicopters. 1. HK 450 TT FBL. 2. Alzrc 480 Devil fast 3.Gartt 450l dfc Do I need to plug the kbar unit into the computer after I wire it to the servos? is that a must? Any advice with this kbar would greatly help and be appreciated. Thanx WC Wickedclown. ☺

tail gyro sensing reversing. Just reverse rudder direction in the TX and then Reverse Rudder direction in the K bar. It Took me an hour to figure it out. thanks for all your uploads on the Kbar. It really helped
im sure there is a better way to do this and probably something to do with how the gyro moutning direction is done, since there are some special moutning directions you set wwith the button on the kbar. trying to figure that one out just now as i have the same issue,

I want to get a kit helicopter and i wanted to know if this is the way to program it? i mean the idle 1-2, collective pitch-cyclic pitch etc. cause im new to this i dont know if i have to do it on the transmitter or the kbar(if kbar is the brain of the heli). thanks!

Hi ! Maibe can you help me. I have a yelow Kbar flybarless unit. All is setup correctly, the flybarless unit and mechanical. The problem is with the tail, is spinning CCW. Is acting like a gyro when you need to reverse. Do you know what could be ?

wc wickedcopters, will the kbar support analog servos for the cyclics??? I'm converting a trex 450se v2 to flybarless and it has the Hitec hs-65mg for cyclic and Futaba S9650 digital servo on the tail.

WC I bought a kbar yellow ver. (same as the one you're holding in this video) I'm not aware that you have to download the firmware for this gyro to be able to use it. I'm sorry but can you please assist me? I'm going to use the k-bar with my 450L (3S) and a Copter X Black angel. please help me. I don't know how to download/Install such thing. Hello WC, What type of flight data do I need to setup the KBAR with the vstabi 5.3.2 program?? Example: Where should I set the Main Rotor-- Collective/ Agility/ Gyro Gain... Plus the Tail Rotor-- Yaw and Gyro Gain?? Thanks
Hay WC, I need help with a problem that has come up out of the blue with my K-Bar system. I have lost control of my rudder due to the rudder drifting. When the heli is powered up just sitting on standby I noticed the rudder off to the right so I moved the stick to the right, then I noticed that it started drifting to the right. I then trimmed the rudder to 5+ it stopped drifting. My last flight caused a crash when the heli spun out of control. Let me know I need to do.
the gyro is not initializing properly dont trim the tail put it back to center in rate mode then what you need to do is plug the heli up on a level surface plug it in fast and dont touch the heli wait for the swash plate to jump once then check the tail and make sure its not drifting before you fly all gyros have this issue and you always have to make sure the gyro has initialized properly each and everytime
Wc, I tried that and the problem is still there. What happens is when I raise the collective the tail servo moves to one side. If I trim the tail it moves to the other side. weird...
Thanks for reply. I just increased the Tail rotor Yaw rate from 58 to 60 seems to corrected the problem, But could be intermitting. What is Tail pre-comp?
Have you Guy's ever used the k-bar set up with out a receiver?????? and a sat/antenna I had to use a receiver to bind in this mode , like a zyx gyro has to use a receiver to bind just wondering if anyone is??? most vids have a receivers being used. Thanks ken

How do you level out your swash without the gyro interfering? Do you also need to eliminate servo interference using end point adjust, or does the gyro take care of that for you?
Hi WC - your videos are great. I'm fighting with the kbar...everything is great, except I can't calibrate or arm the esc/motor. Checked all trims, hi-throttle at 100% on TX and software, Low at -100 on both as well. Everything else works fine...I know I'm missing something silly, but I'm on day 3 now. Using 2 LemonRX Satellites, Hobbywing Flyfun 60a V5. Hoping you'll say "do this!" LOL!, but any help/advice is certainly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mark

anyone know if the v5 pro software is available anywhere. the normal software amazingly doesnt allow analogue servos to be programmed. fcking couldnt believe it. i use hxt900s on my mini titan. they are great but not if i cant use them. digi servos are expensive and over rated

Hey wc so I just watch your video on the kbar so this FBL gyro are not plug and play they have to be set up via computer I plug mind in looks to work but don't thing it's doing what it suppose to do servos move in the right direction just well I fell like something is not right any advice I don't know anything on FBL gyro yet I have been looking at some of your videos and hopping to understand well any help thanks.
very informative. You got me all hooked up. just one problem. How do I reverse the tail gyro function? When I turn right it spins right continously , then turn left and it spins left continuously.

UC I downloaded the Android app vbar or at Mikado which is the same thing as the software except I downloaded the app I wired everything correctly on my helicopter following your video but there's one problem I don't know how to setup my helicopter values where when you hit the middle stick that the rear tail blade doesn't snap back to zero so when the helicopter schools up or starts to take off she doesn't stay in one spot she spends around that's because the tail doesn't stay aligned or stay in the middle now what setting is that mr. Wicked clown or what settings can you give me that I can input do you have the app on your phone? thank you so so so much
did all the steps but my esc does not initialize its just beeping. esc works fine with other gyros tho. cant get it to spool up. any help would be great
thanks brotha now i got that working. I'm having issues in the transmitter adjustment part. i can get the aileron, elevator and rudder where they need to be but not the collective. Even if i max out my settings in my Tx i cant get to 100 to the top or bottom. Any idea??

Wassup wicked when you downloaded the kbar software you needed a keyfile to run the usb connection basically this connects the gyro to the computer and it allows it to talk to each other, but my problem is when i try to download the page to download the keyfile its blank. Did this ever happen to you. I need that file in order to run and this is getting so frustrating. Wicked you make it look so easy. I am pulling my hair out trying to get the kbar software to run. Thanks Bud your always there for me. :o)
you need to install the driver , when you install the software it puts the drivers in c windows programmes vstabi folder get skype i can help you my skype name is wc-wickedclown
still completely not getting it , why does everyone in this hobby use all these damn acronyms? ....it's so completely confusing and so unnecessary ....ok first....for positive collective....are all 3 servo's going to push up?....or will the pitch servo be pulling down while 2 are pushing up?....im about ready to throw another trex 450 in the fire pit.....this hobby is no longer any fun and a complete F'n headache..........And the main rotor , should both blades have the same pitch as each other or will they constantly be different?
