Hello, as you said int the 'florence' website links should be distinguishable and should be always underlined but even the deque site doesnt have it underlined, I find both of them similar, whereas the links in florence were more interactive ( they highlighted on mouseover). Can you explain how the links should be? This is video is very helpful!

Links don't have to be underlined, but it is a best practice. If you want ONLY a WCAG conformance, you have to make the links look different, without using color as the only thing that makes them different. For example, bold links, or, links with arrow icons, will pass WCAG, without underlines.
