I think Elizabeth does love him...anyways that is what I think. I feel that Nathan is more of a friend, a guy that she feels close to because he is a Mountie like Jack...so she misses and likes that interaction...but strong feelings she only has for Lucas.

This is a great love story and their is so much chemistry with L/E...it was meant to be. Please, E was in a place in her life that she had loved Jack.. a mountie that she was confused with Nathan/JACK and Lucas who came into her life at the same time and she was seeing Nathan in the position of Jack but then Lucas was such a gentleman and caring and sophisticated and handsome man that she was thrown into a position she did not know.. Elizabeth is such a beautiful and caring and a good woman and mother that had been put into a position that she'd never known.. she took her time because she was concerned about her and Little Jack's future. Let's not blame her for who she chose just because it wasn't who you wanted. Love is love ❤️ and you can't rush it. Now we have a perfect Love ❤️ story and Nathan will find his true ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Wow! Just watching Lucas heart breaks made me sad,he is the perfect man for Elizabeth,he's kind very romantic and generous and extremely handsome. The chemistry between the 2 of them is awesome, so glad he ended up being the man she chose...Team Lucas ❤️

I hurt for him at the end of episode 11. I really do like both guys and this is a hard choice for E! I think of the saying about setting something free & if it is really yours it will return to you. I am on team Lucas but have been feeling like E would end up w/ Nathan because well Hallmark is Hallmark. That said one of the promo clips for the finale shows E finally removing her rings while she contemplates her situation looking at the bound book of her novel which would not have been published without Lucas help, encouragement and most importantly challenge to her. That is something Jack did for her re her writing. Jack told her that she had a story re being a you g woman on the Canadian frontier that needed to be told because that wasn’t happening yet.She also gazes at Jack’s picture and the impression is that she finally can move on with closure to a new phase. As great a guy as Nathan is I think Lucas is the key to that. Nathan NEEDS and wants her, Lucas wants her and would be an equal partner. He would be a great dad and of course Allie is an important part of all this (I loved Lucas interaction w/ her when she tried to return his gift). Lastly the promo clip shows Elizabeth helping Nathan warm up & done his serge just as she did for Jack, that is very intimate so it really could go either way though perhaps is another step of closure. The kiss will be more natural if with Lucas, it is a HUGE leap with Nathan. Who she goes to first will tell everything as it stands to reason she would go to the one she is saying no to and then TA DA, trumpet sound, wedding bells chime, crescendo... THE KISS and the conclusion of the love triangle with some fans happy & some not & the couple ecstatic. Then we wait til season 9 for the wedding.However it goes I am & will forever be a fan!

Na última temporada, eu senti que o Lucas sofreu bastante com a indiferença e desprezo da Elizabeth, espero que na nona temporada, os dois tenham lindos momentos juntos de felicidade
