*I try to be as accurate as possible when making this series, but sometimes as humans we make errors lol! For some episodes I do have to make sacrifices & not include certain wrestlers/superstars, usually due to limited CAW spaces, or lack of good quality CAWS. For me, a bad CAW ruins the vid. I appreciate any corrections in the comments! And I know I for some reason I added Sid in this vid which was a mistake! Thanks to those who pointed this out. Thanks!

the finisher from Jericho into the WCW was the "Liontamer", not the "walls of jericho" :)

I will say that usually there are some decent CAWs in your videos, but mostly they're god damn awful. These here are almost all pretty good. But it amazes me how in every video of yours there are mistakes. If you're going to title it based on a particular era, at least get the attires or finishers right. The Barbarian never used the Tongan Death Grip. Booker T never used the Book End in 1998 as a finisher. Buff Bagwell didn't wear that attire until 1999. Chavo never used the Gory Bomb as a finisher in 1998. Fit Finlay never used the Celtic Cross as a finisher in WCW. Hollywood Hogan never had white boots in 1998. Saturn never wore red trunks in 1998. Ultimo Dragon didn't start using the Asai DDT until he came to the WWE in 2003. And the worst one of all - Sid Vicious wasn't even in WCW in 1998...

There’s always going to be some CAW’s better than others but I wouldn’t say many are ‘awful’, but each to their own I guess! As I write in every description, I do make mistakes, especially with WCW as I’ve not watched an enormous amount of the product compared to WWE, I’m still educating myself. Also this was the 1st WCW episode I did, and since then I’ve rectified a lot of the mistakes you’ve mentioned in the 97 and 96 eps. The videos are just for entertainment & a little nostalgia - for the most part they tend to be as accurate as I can make them, but I do understand this video has some more mistakes than my others, but quite frankly despite the mistakes it still is my most popular video to date, people are enjoying it, which is all that matters. For Sid, I don’t know how this mistake happened but clearly I slipped up with my research. Trust me these episodes take a ridiculous amount of time and research to make, and when you’re covering a fed that you aren’t a ‘super fan’ of lets say, then mistakes are more likely to happen. The mistake with Sid annoys me as I’m convinced I had seen him as active in WCW at this point, but clearly an error on my part. For the finishers & attires that I got wrong, fair enough I guess. But I’d like to see if you made all the videos I’ve done whether there’d be as many mistakes, cos I can assure you it’s not as simple as you think to build a fed’s roster accurate to a year, and to have everything 100% perfect to every viewers taste. But anyways, hopefully you’ve found some kind of positive feeling & nostalgia from one of my videos along the way at least, I appreciate the comment🤘🏼

I love WCW and I have a similar project I'm working on that includes 60 wrestlers from May 96-Dec 98 WCW. Anyway, some notes: Barbarian should probably be doing the Kick of Fear as a finisher. Barry Horowitz? Really? Moving on. Booker T wasn't doing the Bookend yet in 98; he should be doing the Scissors Kick, Missile Dropkick, or Harlem Hangover. Chavo Guerrero Jr should be doing a Diving Tornado DDT; I don't think he used the Gory Bomb until later. Chris Jericho is doing the Walls of Jericho, but he should be doing the Liontamer. I don't think Vampiro was in WCW regularly in 98 at all, but if he was, it was very little, so he shouldn't even be here. You spelled Fit "Finlay" wrong and he should be doing the Tombstone Piledriver. Rey Mysterio Jr should be doing the West Coast Pop, although I don't think they had a name for it at the time. Rick Steiner should be doing a Diving Bulldog, not a regular one. Sid Vicious was definitely not in WCW in 98. Ultimo Dragon should be doing the Dragon Sleeper. Now I know I sound extremely nitpicky here, but WCW was everything to me as a kid. And the amount of stuff that's correct here is awesome. Notable missing wrestlers from 98 are: Chris Benoit, Meng, British Bulldog, Scott Norton, Steve McMichael, Brian Adams, Jim Neidhart, Alex Wright, Hugh Morrus, Glacier, Yuji Nagata, Prince Iaukea, Van Hammer, Scotty Riggs, La Parka, Mike Enos, and Kenny Kaos. All that said... great job!

Barry Horowitz why not lol, fair enough with Booker & Chavo! Vamp had a few matches in 98 as El Vampiro so I decided to include him, truthfully for Fit I was watching a match of his in 98 when looking for attire inspo and they actually had him come out as Fit Finley, which was surprising to me as I’ve always known him as Finlay, but maybe the production team made a typo that night or we’re trying a new name. There are some notable emissions but I was limited with caw slots because I actually did WCW, ECW & WWF 98’ at the same time, 100 slots doesn’t go too far when you have 3 promotions haha! So had to make some sacrifices (maybe one should have been Barry Horowitz haha) Also I was born in 98’, so my knowledge may not be on the level of yourself for example, but I tried to be as accurate as I could regarding finishing moves, but thanks for the comment, it’s hard to get things totally accurate but yeah finishing moves is something I may need to research further! I actually have WCW 97’ releasing on Sunday which will include the most wrestlers of any video I’ve done yet, and includes some of the names you mentioned that I missed. In reality the 2000’s is my strongpoint, 90’s is hit and miss for me really, between 92-98 my knowledge is probably the worst between late 80’s to the present day. But yeah I’m working down over to 1990 WWF & WCW, and from there going from 1999-present day. Thanks for the corrections!

Oh and for Sid, I realised after posting that this was wrong, for some reason when doing my research I swear I seen Sid was there in 98’, but yeah he was elsewhere 97-99, oh well!

@@Hapexwrestling good to see you are open to criticism and don't take it as a slight. I've done literally hundreds of hours of research into WCW between when Scott Hall first showed up on May 26, 96 to the Fingerpoke of Doom on Jan 4, 99. It's my favorite era and my bread and butter. There's not much I don't know about that time. And yeah, being restricted to 100 CAWs is tough if you're making multiple rosters. The sole reason I chose 60 for my project is because that's how many wrestlers are in the World War 3 matches. Anyway, keep up the good work, man. It's really cool. I'll have to check out the ECW and WWF videos as well, although I definitely don't know as much about them in 98.
