I Am A Vulnerable Adult,Isolated In Distress. I Have Beoken My Pelvis Fleeing To A Live In Job. I Have No One Who Cares For Me And I Could Not Make My Trauma Team Appointment As I Have Not Had Clean Clothing In Three Weeks. I Have No Furniture And Am Sleeping On A Mattress On The Floor.
