To answer your question…when you do liproll there are 2 main variations: normal and inhaled liproll. When you do normal liproll the air goes into your mouth but when you do inhaled it goes into your lungs, the air can be inhaled very constantly so you got a constant bass. You can change from deep bass and high bass with the right amount of inhaled air and mouth position I hope it was understandable Also much love from a Hungarian beatboxer 🇭🇺♥️

you can do normal liproll while exhaling so I wouldn't really call it breath going into your mouth but ok

@@rody8376I think what you mean is Lip Bass. But that one is different. If you can lip roll while exhaling than please explain more. Because I tried and its just not possible cause lip roll works inward (inhale) not outward(exhale)

In response to 3:16 The liprolls are inward, so doing an inward B or P sound on the corner is like the intro to the sound. It makes it sound punchy, if you just sucked in your lip it sounds like a light roll but when you make the P on the corner it's so much heavier of a sound. Also, if you don't know how liprolls work, the bassy ones are pretty much all inward, has a super very specific mouth placement, and dropping your jaw makes the sound lower or higher if you keep your lips tight together and jaw up as much as you can with the mouth position. You should check out Trung Bao's video, 20 types of liprolls. It would be very eye opening for you I think to realize how many textures can be created with just liprolls. It's why NaPoM is still getting more and more insane at liprolls. (it's also a beatboxing video with a different beat for each liproll so it's not like a tutorial, would be a good reaction video)
