You can get cable looms that attach to the rack (gives cables something to rest on / put their weight on) so that your cables (especially the thicker, heavier SDI & XLR cables) aren’t pulling on the connectors on the back of your gear (which could become point of failure).

Wait the inputs are coming in as 4k but wait, will we be able to watch it back in 4k output here on RU-vid when ever we cycle thru the advance quality resolution that is located in the 3dot ???

The VideoHub has nothing to do with streaming - it’s just routing video from one place to another. So I’m not quite sure what you’re asking.
