He was probably nervous as he thinks he isnt that good in english. His english improved alot now. He just needs the confidence and acceptance for it. I personally love his cute english and his accent. I hope he get the confidence and speaks englsih a bit more
Hyunjin doesn't really talk that much even at Korean speaking interview! I also think he was nervous too but he do know some English. And remember not speaking English is not a big deal ok. So guys don't make a big deal out of it. These boys are doing great!!!
The fact that he didn't follow up with a compliment gives him away. They might poke fun, but they always follow up with something nice in moments like these. He was definitely uncomfortable and avoiding having to speak too long
He just wanted to be savage to the guy who is always savage 🤣Frankly, I would classify Hyunjin as basically fluent. He may not know every English word, but he's capable of being sassy, sarcastic, and dramatic in English, plus give full advice in English and has basically no accent on top of that. Wouldn't say someone like that needs much more improvement, so he just wanted to be funny. 🤣
He improved a lot he is doing great. And actually there are members who are native and really good at speaking English like Seungmin, Bangchan, Felix. I think other members can depend on them.
