Personally I leave brass & silver unpolished and let the buyer decide. Many like the patina, they sell regardless.

I wish eBay made the invoice easier to send because it’s so convenient for combined shipping! It makes no sense that they don’t make multiple purchases easier for the buyer. As for sharing the shipping discount, it’s been such a positive change to my business 👏🏻 Hoping it works out for you both!

Friendly reminder to double check the vintage Tupperware cake domes with the lid as sometimes it doesn't snap closed properly. Gotta thank our modern dishwashers for that.

Are you sitting down? I have a 15×20 for $60 month. I actually just viewed a small warehouse with another local seller/friend. The owners are only asking $1800 a month. Granted it is in Chilton County Alabama (aka nowhere). I personally work from my finished basement and only use the storage building for storage or my winter de*th pile. Thank you for always answering questions and helping others (myself included) learn.

I had a diploma frame delivered that was chipped during shipping. Customer requested a return. I accepted the return. THEN the buyer left a neutral feedback and refused to return item but wanted the refund. I let it sit for 30 days and then contacted eBay to remove the feedback and eBay said NO. My only neutral in over 700 sales. No worries but just blah. Last week another customer reached out that they did not receive their card even though it showed it was delivered and wanted a refund. I told them they needed to follow up with their post office as it's out of my control at that point. It's frustrating that they wanted a refund and argued with me over it. I work part time at a school and look forward to ramping up listings and sourcing during the summer. Thanks for another informative video that keeps me motivated.

I have found out that the custom SKU is for sellers with stores, not regular sellers like me without a store. I have to put the location of my item in the same box as the description of my item.

We got tired of paying for a storage unit. It's 12 × 20 for $60/month so not bad. We purchased a 8 × 17.5 shed from Costco $1900 shipped on sale. Problem.. was a pain to put together but we got it done in 2 days lol also after taking extra stuff from the house and putting the zero turn in there, it's 2/3 full and haven't touched the storage unit. 😂

I had my second sale want their money back .he kept contacting me instead of requesting a refund through Ebay. I kept saying " keep it and contact Ebay for refund. Then they accused me of scamming. Yeah. I told them one last time to keep the item and start a request for refund with EBay. I think it was kind of sketchy that he didn't want to go through Ebay.
