Incoming unpopular opinion. Asides from money and status, what’s the difference if a regular person did the same thing Davido did? What if Chioma was our friend? Would we be celebrating this? I don’t think people should hate on her but I don’t get the hype surrounding the wedding either because I would definitely not be happy and celebrating if it were my friend marrying a serial cheater. Chioma doesn't deserve to be called names, Chioma is a gorgeous woman and from where i stand, women who think like me feels she deserves better. People are insulting Chioma because the man she chose made her look stupid. That boy lacks self control. He is a serial cheat and that is why people are wondering why a gorgeous woman like her will settle for that. If money is the problem, i am certain that there are premium men who are rich that would have treated her better. People will question the sanity of any woman who is constantly being ridiculed the way david ridicules Chioma and yet she still adores him. Chioma was mourning the loss of their child while David was getting another woman pregnant and begging her to abort. I do not know how she ever overcame such level of betrayal. I was so hurt for her like i know her. The hate comments at Chioma isn't cool, but the fact that some people ain't happy or indifferent about this wedding does not mean they are married to broke men who cheats on them. Their concerns may be genuine, at least my concern is. Cheating is not a deal breaker for some women, but david lacks self control that he goes in raw. It is not a deal breaker until God forbid he gives her an incurable disease.

i can never understand why people think chioma is a push over. When chioma and davido separated. Davido was dating around and forming galadima. Chioma started dating king carter in Dubai and even tattooed his name on her arm. When gistlover broke the news, davido literally relocated to Dubai until he finally reconciled with her. I heard it wasn't easy even davido's father had to get involved. If you look at chioma arm, she has covered up the name with another tattoo. Also, don't forget the rumour about Perruzi. I don't believe she had anything with him though but Davido no send. Trust and believe this two have a very special connection. Davido babymamas boyfriends are unknown, still Davido no send them. All i am saying is, it's not only about money, Davido gives chioma 100% undivided attention.

Jealous oh or not jealous oh in the end their life their problem. In truth, for young girls like me, I don't think it's about jealousy rather the disrespect from these men keeps increasing because we keep accepting it as a norm. For someone like me I am neither happy or unhappy for their union but what gets to me is men disrespecting women countlessly, eating their cake and still have it. Now if you have a little discussion with guys of my generation you will just be angry because what in the world are we promoting. It doesn't matter if other women have broke boyfriends that cheat, disrespect is disrespect. I felt we were in an era where women are getting empowered to have value for themselves and seek better. Is it not possible to marry a rich man that doesn't disrespect his woman all the time. It is how you regard your woman that others will regard too, even in family settings talk more of in public.

Im not Nigerian right. But after seeing some Nigerians' comments on this wedding, a few things were confirmed: Nigerians love money & worship ppl with money & power. 1. There are many people who are not buying that narrative, but many of them are silent. What you are seeing are the few that are loud. If you don't say you are happy for them you will almost be cursed out in the comments. If you are username is not Igbo where Chioma is from some think you are hating on her and you are tribalistic. Please note that the majority are not represented in the comment section. This Chioma Davido thing can be polarizing. With everything Chioma has been through, any normal person will be happy that Davido makes her a wife publicly. Davido loves her and Nigerians love her because of how she manages her situation without saying a word! There’s no such thing as pick and choose on social media, you use your brain because social media is filled with unhappy people. Many who give advice there are in unhappy homes. Some are married to cheating men or even men with secret baby mamas. Even single people giving advice to the married. Summary: regardless of all that has happened this girl is seen to be in her best moments, she never took anyone’s man - her joy is contagious and anyone who doesn’t catch that bug should question herself/himself. Women supporting this should be very very careful please remember that if it was a woman moving how Davido does men would call that woman every name but a child of God. If you're in support if this union as a woman instead of the person to be attacking women saying this is not an ideal union just keep quiet instead. You gain nothing by promoting men disrespecting women..Also the trash I hear some women say is this "is it because we don't know what your man does?" Story line...not every woman lacks self esteem, not every woman is a push over like you. Yeah some women go through worse and are commenting but some women commenting against the marriage have standards and are shocked other women don't.

Most people's vows are for better and for worse......So why do people expect things to only be good or you leave? Did Fela's first wife leave after he married so many after her? Did anyone ever criticise her for that or Fela for that matter? I would never accept that situation, but some people actually do and that is tame compared to the Davido Chioma situation. Let them face their marriage and people should not wish them an unsuccessful one.

Nelo, finally I hear someone sane. Chioma is a private person. Not in thhe public eye at all. Na David drag am commot. What is her crime other than love her man and be a target for hateful people. I don't know both of them 😂. All I know is from what I see on social media. I know he's cheated on her several times and I know she chooses to stay. I also am aware that they recently went through a traumatic experience and came out blessed in double. I was happy for them. That's all I know because behind the scenes is alot going on.
