We are all in on Africa, says US-VP Harris. 

Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday (3/28) laid flowers inside the dungeon at Cape Coast Castle.
The castle is a historical landmark. It is one of about forty "slave castles" built on the Gold Coast by European traders. Enslaved Africans were held at the fort before they were loaded onto ships and trafficked to the Americas during the Trans-Atlantic slave trade.
Earlier, the Vice President delivered remarks at Black Star Gate in Accra. The square is a monument to Ghana independence.
