Love that the video starts with a trail I just rode for the first time about a month ago! Nice job! And technical? Kinda. Nothing like a lot of other Sierra riding. Hole in the Ground comes to mind as a more technical cross-country loop. Then there's Mr. Toads which is beyond that.
Nice to see you guys back in Cali! And as weird as it sounds, its nice to see you and Hannah enjoying each other’s company and showing love and affection. I’ve never really seen you guys be affectionate until this video, sounds weird but it’s nice to see that there is love between you guy.
Having come off my bike yesterday and bruised elbow, knee and shin I cannot believe you ride in a vest Hannah without even gloves. It makes my palms sweat just seeing it. Knee and elbow guards and gloves for me from here on in. Great trail.
Awesome video guys!!! I LOVE IT Hannah sliding into home plate at the end...hahah...Moe need to practice those umpire skills...shhhheees safe!!!! Hahah great job.
Beautiful spot! Great looking trail. Tahoe has been on my must-ride bucket list. Hope to get there sooner than later. Spent some time at Heavenly in the winter. Gorgeous. Thanks for the great video!
Tahoe and the Sierra in general are a gem to be enjoyed. So much epic riding, terrain and environment. Sheesh, Lake Tahoe? Enough said! We are SO lucky to live in paradise.
Great video again!! I love watching you on your Ripley because I also love mine! Did you ride Glass Mountain in reverse? (More down than up). Can you recommend a good way to get to the top? Welcome back!
Awesome video, amazing trail! If you think that’s “techie” you need to come and ride the North East! You work for every foot of trail here. There’s roots and rocks every 5 ft. Short punchy rootie climbs and downhills. Every inch a blast. Keep shredding guy!!!
Welcome back to Cali. The next time y’all are in Tahoe checkout Toads Wild Ride is S. lake and Big Chief in Truckee. They are both Great Rides... We are joining Van life w/ bikes and I can’t wait to hit Sedona and Moab for the 1st time.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🚴🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️🤘🤘🤘🚐🚐🚐🚐🚐💥💥💥💥👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Moab for the first time? How awesome! Jealous, even though I've been something like 13 times already. But would go at the drop of a hat nonetheless. If you're a seasoned Tahoe rider, you're well prepared. But slickrock is SO much grippier than granite, so be prepared to have your mind blown at what you can climb up. Water, water, water! Don't crush the crust! If you plan to do Arches, consider reserving a ranger led tour of Fiery Furnace NOW. Gotta check out Arches and Canyonlands. So much sweet stuff to do in and around Moab. Then there's San Rafael Swell, Fruita, etc... Have a great trip!
1,000% agree. Just watched Marc Hirschi crash on a descent in the Tour without gloves. Sorry, but riding without gloves is stupid. Why risk hand injury that will make the rest of the ride a literal pain, future rides painful and maybe put you out of commission? When people fall, the natural reaction is putting out the hands. Was on a team training ride when a newbie went down on a challenging road descent. Took the skin off of both palms and we were ten miles from home. He didn't enjoy the ride that much thereafter. Gloves would have prevented it.
