"what's your sad story?" Depression and anxiety basically made a 2 year missing gap in my life. Then the next 2-3 years (still continuing) reclaiming my life and learning how to live again.

My sad story: I was in a toxic relationship. I loved him so much that I believed his lies and he also cheated on me and was agressive towards me. Now I'm single and I'm trying to build some confidence :). I have trust issues and I will never believe a man again. Yeeeey :D
What rather is sadder is your attitude how you judged every other man alive just because of a wrong choice which you were responsible for. Simply blaming others for your failure to judge someone better. Have a good life I hope
@@covertmediocrat I didn't judged them. I love them at first but they were later acting different because I found out about their affairs so go tell somebody else your opinion. If you don't know anything about me or about my life.
Then I lost a person I loved the most. He died 1 week before Christmas eve. I still sometimes cry then I remember him. We were in seventh grade. He was my classmate 😭😭😭
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.
@@mamienovacuisine during that period, i hardly ate and excessively exercised. i lost 10kg, and i was thrilled to finally be over with that. but my eating habits have never been the same; some positive and some negative. i eat healthier, but sometimes i can't help but to binge and feel so guilty afterwards. i was convinced i had an ED, and that created major anxiety. i was touchy, more sensitive than usual and on the brink of having a breakdown, and the worst thing was that i didn't have the confidence to tell anyone how i was feeling. i felt like a loser; a fat loser. i constantly calorie counted, labelled foods as "good" and "bad", i called myself fat and ugly to try and motivate myself.. sometimes i even felt ungrateful and selfish considering im just slightly over my average age weight now, and that i complain that why couldn't i have a fast metabolism or be like the other "pretty girls" in my classes. i was very overweight before, but after losing 10kg i was better, then i lost around 4kg over a few months so im taking it slow. i'd just like to grow a little taller or lose 4kg more, then i know i'd finally be able to feel "pretty" and confident. im still not done with my weight loss journey, but im proud to say that im learning to love myself. not fully, but bit by bit im getting there. im sorry for ranting, and im so proud of you for getting through your own journey. we're all stronger than we think. 💜

My sad story? My longtime friend was an EMT, we were debating on becoming a couple, and we did, but only when she was hospitalized for covid. I was her girlfriend for only 9 days. I feel so hollow, but music makes it a little better. But I'm glad she knew I loved her before she passed.
My lifelong friend just left me behind and for the first time I felt completely alone. I hated everything. I probably would have ended it there but I found people who actually care about me.
Today I visited a plastic surgeon to help fade away my self harm scars. That's a sad story finally ending after years and years of physical/mental pain and shame that these left behind 💙
