We made an ultrasound appointment in Chinese private clinic to see our baby girl and to check their prices and conditions for giving birth, because lately we've been considering delivering the baby in China, instead of going all the way to Russia. The stuff of the clinic was very nice and Jane got to ask all her questions about the labour and delivery procedure. We visited the postpartum recovery rooms where you will stay after the delivery with the newborn and your partner. We got all the information about natural delivery, epidural, emergency c-section, customised birth plan, and the prices for different packages they provide.

My dear YG and Jane. Everything about first pregnancy is exciting. If you can afford just go for it. The hospital is neat and beautiful. The nurse is good. I watched and suddenly wish l could give birth again 😆. Love yourself and pamper yourself ok . Love you all

Yes this is true! It's easiest for the doctor to deliver the baby this way, not easier for the woman at all! I did both!

Yeah, I think she was thinking about doctors more that’s it’s better for them. But the following day she came back to me saying that she asked doctors, and they said that I can choose whatever position I want to give birth in. So it’s ok💪

Not like the US where after you deliver, you are kicked out the following day. And yet the cost is EXPENSIVE! Universal healthcare IS NEEDED!!!!!!

Depends on your insurance and how much you have paid to your insurance throughout the year. For my first, I paid only $3600 for the entire pregnancy and delivery. For my second, I had worse insurance and my insurance changed two weeks before I gave birth because every year you “renew” or change your insurance and it basically cleans the slate and your deductible starts over. So I ended up owing $14,000 🫠 at this rate, I will pay it off May 2027. Had her 01/2024. The rooms were nothing like the ones you toured. Those are much nicer! And my hospital was considered very nice 🥴

In Houston Texas in St Luke's hospital if you don't have the money It's Free when I was sick and I didn't have no insurance they said that there's a program that helps people that have no insurance I never got a bill. And that includes Birth Thank God for America in the hospital when I had gave birth they had given breakfast lunch and dinner for me and my husband.

Please make sure you do some pelvic floor checkup after birth! Take good care because its not often a priority for most women and then they have issues after. I did and wished i did more to protect myself

I would do everything in China check up and all its more convenient and cheaper if you added in how much it cost to travel plus it’s not as stressful for baby because of flying just a little bit advice I am so happy for you guys! Love yall ❤ And as far as packages 📦 I would have the best one you like because it’s going to definitely be memorable for your first child and first time experience pick the one you want.

That’s a really nice place to give birth! The cost is great too! What’s crazy is how much the cost to have a baby in the United States is in comparison. My copays cost more than the prenatal and delivery cost in china.

Thank you so much for making this video! I’ve been thinking of giving birth in China (not even pregnant yet just thinking) because they prioritize the mother a lot more plus have a much lower maternal mortality rate compared to the U.S. (where I’m from). And for a cheaper price, I can get all these comforts! I can even consider staying at a professional 月子 center where they teach you everything and let you rest as much as you want while taking 24/7 care of baby.

Are you asking if you can buy a building to do business as a foreigner? I think you can buy property as a foreigner in China but not the land that the property or building sits on. The government will lease the land the building/property sits on to you for some amount of decades.

Crazy to me that you gotta pay just to give birth. In Germany we don't pay, we pay only if you want more privacy and a room for yourself. Its provided through the health care here, so its so crazy to see the differences. I was pregnant in the same period as you last year I can only relate, I wish you all the BEST. The place looks good, go with your intuition and choose the best fr yourself and your baby girl. Theres nothing better than the mooommmyys gut feeling. Yeah, if I were in my country, I could also give birth for free in a public hospital and pay in case if we want more comfort and privacy (for the private clinic). But as a foreigner in any country you’ll have to pay for giving birth or any medical services.

The place looks really beautiful and I think the recovery looks comfy. But the fact they don’t have a bathtub and the recommend laying down for giving birth is kinda odd. Almost like they don’t really try to concentrate on having good birth experience more like on being fancy. I really hope they will listen to you if you want to give birth in another position suddenly.

I paid £1,250 for pretty much the same thing (suite room), 1.5 weeks stay, food, induced & ended up with a c section. The suite was the best! TV room, space to walk around. Over a week is a long time to stay in a room & the hospital wouldn’t let me step out of the ward once I was induced until discharge. We don’t sign contracts, the only thing you need to prepay/sign for is the room incase the one you want is booked out. Based on a similar experience (style, good facilities, & yours offers more) i’d say it’s worth it (I gave birth in 2018). Especially those days post birth when you can wander around the room & have some help (I too live in Asia without my family) Good luck with choosing!

Black genes are much more dominant most of the time, so there's a higher chance the baby will take after YG in most things but I personally hope she takes after the mom since she's a girl 😊

The Best position can be squad or any position you feel like when given birth. And you can also change position if baby takes long to come before taking the option of c section or péridurale.

Actually it's cheap in relative terms for a private hospital and yes it's not going to be free or a few hundreds of dollars as they are not chinese citizens.

There is a very nice hospital in Beijing is for foreigners the doctors there are foreigners as well it’s really good hospital my sister was born there it name is OASIS you can look it up ❤
