Technically if you run out of "Hen" based names, you could always move to things like "Chica" or "Chickadee" using "Chick" as a base. Or for the roosters they could be named "Rue" or "Rodney" or "Rufus" using either "Ro" or "Roo" sounds. Also maybe "Henther the 2nd" in memoriam of the lost Henther.

He is always running about in his skivvies, gardening, taking care of his chickens, and selling things. He hasn't even tried to flirt around Agnes. I tell you, I quite like him... The Townspeople: (the next day) He's...gone. My god, there isn't a trace of him left...he's just gone!

Starting from nothing and constantly being close to dying is something that I've really missed in this lets plays. And this one in particular reminds me on the Seasons lp which is my absolute favorite and this one is a contender for new favorite already! We appreciate all the work you've been putting in these videos! These are the highlights of my nights and makes me feel a lot better.

I wonder if when the full release is out if Dogs will be able to be like “livestock guardians” since maybe foxes seem to messing with the chickens.

I absolutely love the juxtaposition of yours and Deli’s let’s plays. Hers has so many layers of storytelling and is really sweet, yours is C H A O S magnified. I personally love our little alleyway dwelling trash-goblin more than any character I’ve ever come across before, but it’s magnificent to see these two LP’s coming from the same family 😂😍

9 more days until the release of this pack and I can make an Amish town! (Also gameplay idea for you guys you can use all three lot challenges and have your sims start an Amish community :D) Here’s some more gameplay ideas that I’m going to use! *1. Runaway:* Have a family live in any world but Henford and have either a teen or young adult runaway with little to no money to move there and start their cottagecore dreams *2. Inseparable:* Have two married elders have a farm and live out the rest of their love story, so kind of like a till death do they part challenge but with farming. *3. Cinderella:* I got this from the trailer how the sim was singing to the animals, basically just become friendly with a lot of wild animals. *4. Build up your town!:* This is primarily for builders and cas people who don’t know how to incorporate gameplay into their builds & sims. Start off deleting every build in Henford (although all the builds are extremely beautiful) and start by having just you in town! Then, as it proves hard to live alone, build more houses and more people to sell your crops/animal wool too! *5. Famous country singer:* have a family and have the youngest child (or only child either way) grow up to be a country singer and sing about Henford. (Requires Get Famous to actually become famous, but you can do a similar challenge in base game.) *6. Large family tree:* Legacy challenge, but be careful who you might date/marry down the line! The challenge is over if you find out you married someone related to (or basically in) your family. (This is more of a base game challenge but you can use Cottage Living features for it!) *7. Cross-stitching money maker:* Have a poor family have cross-stitching baskets and all do cross-stitching to make enough to survive. Rules: If you eventually afford a house, put on the lot challenge “needs tlc” if you have City Living, if not, keep their money low by buying expensive things and not repairing when you have over 2,000 dollars. *8. Roosters, Hens, Chickens, and Cows.:* This one sounds simple enough, but it’s the hardest challenge you can do with this pack. Have 4 barns and 4 chicken coops, the minimum chickens per coop is 2, and it needs to be the breed able ones (so roosters and hens), and try to keep your sim alive while taking care of all 12 (at minimum) of your animals! I hope this comment was helpful and you have a few more ideas for what you want to do with this pack. Didn’t even notice I did 9 ideas for the 9 days left lol.

This is actually my favorite lets play so far with this pack! I love the concept. I found you while looking for cottage living content to see if it would actually be worth it for my playstyle. I feel like this is what a lot of players have been missing in a sims 4 expansion. There seems to be a significant challenge here and a lot for your sim to do every single day. With other packs (-coughvampirescough-) I find myself just fast forwarding through 80% of the sim's day and letting them autonomously do whatever they want because there's just no goals.

I think Chaz should start his family early! I’m so excited for the gameplay involving the family since they can cook together and stuff and it will be useful to have more people helping out with the animals. He can make up for having a difficult relationship with his father by being a great dad himself 😄

Golden chicken are pretty cool. Each excellent golden egg is 300, golden chicken can turn any plant into Perfect (perfect produce is sold for much higher price), and golden egg on toast gives the person similar abilitty - "Golden pulse" - can turn upgrade any plant to perfect, can use "Golden pulse" on some objects and other sims.

I love the lil ally way it’d be so perfect if you had outdoor retreat so it’d look more realistic but I’m so happy you started this with early access because it’s been so cool to see this pack !!
