One little thing i would love to see, an upgrade service for long running servers that you can either get an up to date machine, with a little downtime then of course, or that you could order a new machine and take your old IP with you.

Dear Hetzner, I'm writing to express my indignation with the lack of security on the server I hired with you. Recently, I discovered that an unauthorized person managed to access my server from another IP and change my email to a temporary one, without any preventive measure or warning on your part. This is nonsense and a serious violation of my privacy and data. As a result of this hack, my website was down and I lost control of my domain. This caused me financial and reputational damage, as well as a lot of stress and worry. I am very shocked, scared and disappointed with Hetzner, which claims to be a serious and reliable company, but which does not offer the minimum security to its customers. I demand that you take immediate action to restore my server and website, and that you let me know what happened and who was responsible for this intrusion.
