Listening to this amid the growing Russian/Western tensions in the Spring of 2018 further substantiates (to me) my belief that Mr McKenna is up there with the greatest figureheads of the 20th century. An intellectual-powerhouse of truly his own creation. “Nobody’s as smart as you are! And if you finally meet someone smarter than you, you’re not going to be able to understand what they are saying!” Haunting, really!
I wonder that too. He was so far ahead of the curve and predicted a lot of where we are now. I wonder if he would think that its too late and that we're too far gone.
I believe the psychedelic community needs to have more conversations about animal agriculture and it's role in environmental (and rainforest) destruction.

Since you spoke these words Terence, we have seen ever more degraded "education" intended to indoctrinate not educate. I think it's best for young people (with the help of their parents for k-12 young) to educate themselves using original source material not yet destroyed or altered.
