Although we live in a villa in a beautiful locality, there are downsides to this life that are not so obvious. Most villas here are old and It is always raining in Guangzhou city. Our villa had a lot of issues like seepage in the walls, worn-out paint, electrical issues and plumbing issues . We spent a lot of time and money on maintenance but an old house can’t be fixed so easily. There are also a lot of mosquitoes and a lot of stairs which is dangerous for the baby. So we are moving to an apartment in Guangzhou to simplify our life. In this video I discuss all these things while showing the beautiful sights.
