its funny how all the new champions and reworked champions always need so many nerfs after they come out. It's almost like Riot over tunes them. The fact that skarner can build ZERO damage items and still chunk you is ridiculous. As a tank champion, he should not have %HP damage on his passive. No tank champ should IMO. Also I think his mana costs are WAY too low, it genuinely feels like he can spam Q in lane and never run out of mana, he's like K'Sante 2.0. I can almost guarentee that if Skarner doesn't get nerfed more in the next few patches then he's gonna be almost 100% pick/banned at Worlds this year as a flex pick for jungle and top.

The difference between game 2 & 3 kill at 13 minutes is insane. There were 34 kills in game 2 and 4 in game 3 by 13 minutes

Only champions I've found who can survive Skarner's lanephase and scale consistently are Aatrox and Sett. Gangplank also works if you're good at him in teamfights, though lane is suffering. Skarner is on-release K'Sante but handless, I really hope he gets nerfed out of top lane asap.
