If a loft is well ventilated wire front which this one is the heat outside will not affect the pigeons when in the lofts. As long as they have access to plenty of fresh clean water to drink they are fine. When high temperatures it's a good idea to put a bath in with the pigeons especially stock pigeons every 2 or 3 days.
Hi maybe you Could try and hang Some wet towels in the loft to keep it a little bit moisturised in the loft. Thats what I do in the summer. Greets from the netherlands
Still have plenty of time to select pigeons for the Thailand races intake 1st March to end of June the agents hopefully will have shipping early and later dates to Thailand from Australia for you.
No birds need to be 2 months min of ages before they will be shipped and they need to go into 4 weeks quarantine before they can get approved to leave australia so time wise its pretty tight, our birds leave in 3 shipments april,may,june
@@ManeyPigeons Crazy system quarantine pigeons before shipping they will go into pattaya quarantine and vacination program when they arrive in pattaya. Australian pigeons are at a disadvantage having to go through this process in Australia.
@@ManeyPigeons Imho it's a waste of time and money sending pigeons on the June shipment the best shipment would be to get the pigeons on the April latest May shipment.
Hi Kurt that heat isn’t helping the birds, you might have to get some fans 🪭 for some cool air the baths can only help, we had lovely snow yesterday in Dublin 🥶, Kurt what are the chances of you getting any birds into your local races this season, maybe you might do your next update on the main loft when you have the time👍 🇮🇪DUBLIN🇮🇪
