We Are Not Dumb! Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! 

I’m not hating or trying to tell anyone what to do by any means. If I talked to my parents like Ellie did to you…I’d be grounded for a month from whatever my parents could ground me from. Along w/ harsh words and looks that would make me regret it.

We use a hand mixer to shred chicken and it is a life saver and does not make it mushy..perfectly shredded and so easy!

Genuinely think y’all shouldn’t go through with this house! It sounds like such a money pit with all the issues already, every check in is not positive :(

What we do when we shred our chicken is cook the chicken breast FULL, dont cut it make sure to cook it whole, then after let the chicken cool down so you can shred it with your hands or do it with a fork when its hot but we do it by hand, make sure to salt the chicken while its in the pot of water too! This is my own twist but after that i love putting the shredded chicken in oil so it gets crispy it taste so yummy i dont add anything else only salt to it because i put it inside my quesadilla after

You should cook it whole and then use a hand mixer to shred!

Cook your chicken in full in a pot (don’t cut it) If you add some onion and garlic and let it all boil it together that’s always yummy (you can add a jalapeño if you want a little spice) Once it’s cooked, let it cool for a bit and then shred with two forks or with your hands. Also, if you want a yummy avocado salsa this is my recipe! 2 avocados 2 serranos Salt and water to a blender and blend until smooth. You don’t need to roast the chilis or anything. Add as much salt to taste and water to make it creamy! Enjoy ☺️

We make at home chipotle bowls and we use ancho chile powder! It’s so yummy! Also Amazon sells a chicken shredder and it’s a life saver!

Heather! If you have a crockpot - you can do fajita chicken: 2 whole chicken breasts in crockpot, 1 fajita seasoning mix packet, add sliced bell peppers (if desired), a jar of favorite salsa on top, let it cook in crockpot and after it’s done take chicken out to shred (2 forks) and put it back in crockpot to mix everything together and you have Mexican chicken! You can add it to a bowl of rice with sour cream, you can add it to tortillas and have traditional chicken fajitas. Take this idea if you’d like!! ☺️

I could never build a home. I would lose my mind lol! You guys know what you’re doing and you will have a wonderful home! Amazon has a cool chicken shredder that you just twist and it shreds the chicken. I use my Kichen Aid stand mixer with the shredder attachment and it works great but I really like the amazon chicken shredder as it’s less to clean up. I fix chicken a lot too! Hope you don’t get any damage from all of the rain coming in the next week or so.

When I do taco chicken bowls I cook the chicken in my instapot with taco seasoning and a can of rotel. 20 mins the. I shred it using two forks! It’s absolutely delicious

I know on Temu they have somw sort of device that you hand crank and it shreds it for ya. Also they have something that looks like claws that will shred them too. Im sure Amazon has these items as well. I know Temu does because Im a temu addict lol

Heather, try boiling ur chicken in large pot and it will tear up on its own within a hour or so!! I know this because I do it for my dogs food.

My house is a newer build and they messed up A LOT lol I had to buy my house “blindly” so I missed the mistakes. Never do that again! I hope everything gets fixed for you guys

I love you guys I’ve been watching yall since I was 16 now I’m 24. But Elle please stop talking to your mom and dad like you do. Not trying to be bossy at all but one day your gonna think bad and regret it when your their not here. I know you’re young I’m still young, us young people don’t wanna listen till it way to late and then we are like dang I wish I would have listened to all these people. I lost my ninnie back in feb and the crazy thing is you don’t know when it’s gonna be the last time you see them. My ninnie was fine two weeks before any signs and then she went to the hospital with news that no one could bare. Please be carful. Go out hang out with your friends/ your significant other etc but please make sure there is time and kindness to your parents. I still have both of my parents but when I lost my ninnie it was like I lost one of them. My sister has so many regrets and she can’t take them back. Now my sister lives with anxiety, depression, and guilt. Please don’t let this be you: I love you guys even if it’s just threw my my phone that I can see you guys but please please be grateful. ❤️❤️ much love and guidance to you all.

A good tip to also shred chicken is to get a hand mixer and shred it that way, like the mixers you'd use to make batter ! it saves a lot more time and kinda makes everything even!! hope that helps
