A young man I know was once small and thin growing up. Always very athletic and gifted. When he got out of high school he started working out more. He says it helps him focus and helps relieve stress. He is a elementary school teacher and works out daily. He is a monster but very gentle and humble.

I'm all about getting jacked and even seeing how far you can take it but these guys look hilarious. No human can become like this without testosterone and HGH. Even the most perfect human specimen raised on egg whites and chicken breasts lifting at age 5 can become like this. I'm not hating i mean Arnold is one of my heroes. Okay i'm hating a little. I. can maybe see a human become like Arnie was. That was near perfection. But these guys are like 50 to 100 pounds beyond that. Arnold still has his testicles. presumably. I mean he had kids. I gained a respect for these muscle guys from watching their eating program and listening to the mindset they have to adopt in order to discipline themselves to stick to it in order to achieve the incredible results they get. It's really helped me understand what it takes to be disciplined when it comes to achieving physical goals.. wow
