We are on our way to make automated-truck driving a reality! Together with Plus, we are implementing Artificial Intelligence on board our IVECO S-WAY: PlusDrive is an autonomous driving software that provides drivers with superhuman awareness of the vehicle’s surroundings, thanks to the advanced sensors including lidars, radars, and cameras. We have now started public road testing in Germany in order to collect data and show how the system can automatically handle driver-supervised maneuvers.The trial will continue in the next weeks on the roads of Europe: watch the video to learn all about our journey.
