Mixed feelings and opportunities in Vietnam. I struggled in my early days but ended up earning over $2,500 with free accommodation. My last boss was enlightened and had had some stay in The U.K and Philippines. I just got fed up with the teaching after six years and it was easy for me to move to the U.S because I was in Vietnam. I was able to acquire many properties in Vietnam. Though it wasn't easy , I have no regrets moving to Vietnam. I know Law very well and she used to serve me some sumptuous meals . My sister, you still have the chance to move to America, Canada or Europe. I really understand the issues you’ve touched on and I agree with you. If you have friends at the places I’ve mentioned, engage them more and get to know the opportunities there. A friend of mine assisted me to come and pursue my masters in Norway three years ago. I’ve never regretted this journey. Despite the discrimination and everything it’s been great so far. Now, I do travel to the US, UK Canada and a lot more places. I will be happy to get in touch with you. Look beyond where you find yourself now and it’s gonna get better someday.

There are a lot of jobs in Ghana, just that u Ghanaians always want to travel because u always think there is better pay outside Ghana..my dear, nowhere is cool oo..Ghana is blessed..
@@Yesumo1932 I know there are jobs,but the question is will they employ anyone or who you know. Every work I did in my dear country is because someone knows someone,that's how I got every job. I never said there are no job,I said jobs should be there for everyone
@ DJ nyaame, working in Asia especially as an English teacher has absolutely nothing to do with upgrading in terms of certification. It means nothing in Asia as far as English teaching is concerned. They mainly consider your skin which is automatic qualification. The next thing is your nationality which Africa is the least to consider. Only few schools consider teaching experience. I live in China and this experience aren’t different. You’ll need teaching certificate for English teaching in addition to your bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
We are not welcome in anywhere in the world as black people except Africa our motherland.Our leaders must do their best to make Africa especially Ghana a better place to live
A country is not developed by only leaders, we as citizens must do our part and force the Govt to do their part too..Running away to a foreign land is sometimes not the solution to our problems as a country..traveling abroad is not for everyone..we must strive hard as people to develop our country
@@Yesumo1932The leaders should make the environment condusive or create enabling environment for the citizens to help develop it. You don't expect to make live a miserable lives and yet expect them to help develop it. This is not difficult to ask. Else the citizens will continue to live. Singapore, Malaysia and even Kwame Nkrumah are examples.

As a Ghanaian female, it's unfortunate what we are going through in foreign countries in terms of getting jobs and making a living. What she's saying is similar to what happens to us in the U.S. Nice interview. She's a black beauty.

Why do we entertain Vietnamese in Africa and we rush to import from such countries? The communist society of Vietnam. Most communist countries are not exposed to other foreign countries. A typical example was Russia but only recently that Russian society have embraced African society. Those in Moscow , St. Petersburg are exposed to blacks but those within hinterlands are not exposed to African culture and people
