I use to look at your videos since I was living in Ghana. Through you I learned EVERYTHING about Nairobi. You introduce me about all in this country. Since more that nine months now my husband, my son and my baby girl that I had here in Nairobi hospital almost 8 months ago, are living in Nairobi! I am soooo happy for this beautiful news. May the blood of our Lord Jesus keeps you, your husband and this miracle in your tommy and your beautiful home that I deeply know now (😃) as all of us here, safe ! Chai I used to use dove scentless roll on for asthma patients. The scent issue is crazy. One tip after childbirth force yourself to use your perfumes and shower gels so you'd get used to it because some scents you might hate forever and ever.

Hi First and foremost congratulations I had the same problem like you when I was pregnant last year What helped was lemons and tangerine try them sometime even when traveling they might come in handy Another thing I learnt was that during this time everyone wants to tell you what to do how to do it and when to do it What I would tell you is listen to your body and your doctor and most especially take lots of walks helps during delivery Avoid stress And have fun This period is normally so much fun even when it gets you down
What I can say every pregnancy is different. Embrace every moment. And the pregnancy looks good on you. Whichever video you'll bring we will watch. We are loyal like that

I never got help or relief. I had hyperemesis gravidarum aka 24/7 morning sickness, for my 3rds and 4th pregnancy vomiting like 11-15 times a day, lost 10 -12 kgs, the thought of food was a trigger, even just a picture of food waah. Dysfunctional, depressed, with no help during the 3rd pregnancy with 2 other kids. I was in bed until week 25. My ex would tell me, "pregnancy isn't a sickness/you are not the first one/you are lazy, etc" I was so depressed. I wish I had relief. So it's good to share these solutions with others like you are doing. I share my life lessons in my channel by the way so subscribe if you read this :-)
So sorry that you had to go through such a tough pregnancy. Sounds like your ex just made things worse for you, thank God he's an ex now. Imagine there is always help for these things. I noticed that unless you really complain and insist that you are not feeling well during pregnancy the doctors/nurses don't take you seriously so you have to speak up for yourself.
@@carolmutua5266 thank God he's an ex! Niliteseka. I was in Germany then, and my ob-gyn would just tell me to take ginger. There was no help at all. It's true that you must advocate for yourself and also rally your partner etc if you can.
