He has an implied right of access because there are no barriers or signs telling him it's a restricted area, plus there's a museum right there, and a public road going through the middle of it. There's no visible evidence of what the copper is saying at all.
@@bernardcox9307 Pretty much means "awesome". But if you want to be deep then "lit" means a fire, and fire illuminates. You're not native English or just didn't understand the word? it's not exactly common ;)
The river is a river that always flows downstream! The canal will join the river via river locks and use the river for short periods until it becomes non navigable where you will find another river lock and the canal will branch off and continue on its way. Coincidentally, canals flow downstream as well! 😂🤣😂
You walked past a building of serious local history; WW2 bunker designed to help prevent the German forces if they had landed in 1940/41 (Op Seal Lion)
And suddenly we start to respect the Police.😢 And then...........back to the norm .... Abusive idiots, taken relations back 20 years... I hope you're proud
Why do these guys not want to answer basic questions. At the end of the day, if it's legal what you're filming, just work with them and you'd get a lot more out of these police officers. Just seems like you're making life difficult for yourself.
hey highspec its legal for me to ask your full name address and date of birth in the comments section so will you supply me with all of your details and also the details of your bank account do not make life difficult for all of us by not giving them. you see where do you draw the line about what you are willing to say/do
FFS All canals are connected to rivers one way or another. i grew up next to the doncaster navigation canal and all the water flows from the river its amazing and true
When you were walking off calmly and friendly with the AMAZING cop whos name I didn't get (need to go back through the vid, he was awesome) it made me so sad that he mentioned about being happy he met a nice auditor. I've literally unsubbed from 3 auditors this week because one of them saw a pride flag on a business and flipped out, another one went to a stop war parade and labelled everyone "hamas supporters" and the comment section was clearly fixed. Another one made a propaganda video about the BBC putting their finger up to the public to say FU rather than it actually being a stupid studio "in joke" mistake (dont get me wrong, the BBC suck but throwing out crap like that? then attacking their subs that voiced calm opinions about it? Done with those hateful channels. Auditors need to be held accountable for their actions, be neutral and give their audience balanced info. I'm here for the long term because DJ does a great job of his stuff. Not looking forward to the conculsion to this video as the first half went so well. Cheers for the vids DJ, been a sub a long time and will be for a long time. Please don't bring politics into your vids, you cover stuff in a neutral way where people can make their own minds up.
Terrible that they would question you guys like this. IF this were in the US (funded by tax payer dollars), it's all accessible unless it's restricted by a fence or a sign.
Taken my cubs there many times. Friendly and very helpful. And be aware at the rear is a memorial to the lines of PC Andy Harper who was murdered by travelers who live up the road so im not surprised by them being very suspect.
Lay-by near Pingewood Gate is legal to park at, it's on MOD controlled land but not protected land so public can use it when not used for military purposes. I park there and then go for a walk on the public footpath opposite the gate sometimes just to wind them up. I'm invariably met on my way back by MoD armed police who tell me it's covered by bylaws and I tell them I know I've read them.

@@pdtech4524 the amount of times I tell people unless you want to never speak with police. Not saying that I am against them just that they are there to incriminate not to help you or be your friends.
@@kevinsancto1574 Absolutely, it's their job to lull you into a false sense of security, get you 'onside' feeling comfortable, get all 'matey' with you, so you freely divulge as much info as they need to ultimately incriminate and charge you⚠️😲😊 So when they asked DJE 'where've you parked your car?', they're trying to ID him, check it's taxed and insured plus have a valid MOT or do him for parking illegally, it's not for friendly chit chat! 😲😁
The police are supposed to inform you that they are recording images AND audio. It's pretty poor that constables at a training establishment are not doing this. If they want to see the footage - tell them to use their investigation skills to find your channel/video.
_"The police are supposed to inform you that they are recording images AND audio"_ It's a lost cause, none of them bother (or it's very uncommon at least), if you explain that they need to inform the public most will tell you you're wrong, ignore you and change the subject or say "you're recording too" . . . no one (including auditors) report them for breaching BWC policy, and even if you were to report them, there are no real consequences . . . so it really is a lost cause, you may as well complain about the size of their shoes or their accent.
@@markrainford1219 What an asinine comment. I got trained when I moved into my profession. It gives me no authority to speak on any other profession. I have, however, read the College of Policing Guidance on BWC. Surely it's not too much to ask that the police have done the same?
Just as well have introduced themselves as effin' idiots! Nosey gits scared of their own shadows. Amazing how many can just appear when a burglary or robbery HASN'T happened. "I'm an Inspector with a beard and I must know your details and if you don't tell me I'll react adversely." No reason to be awkward...hahaha!
Here we go again “you’re making us nervous” this is from an instructor, slippery slope before it’s, stand still show us your hands, don’t walk away, keep your hands out of your pockets, you’re interfering, stop reaching.. this is for officer safety, we need your ID!! Ooo is this heading to, you’re resisting/obstructing, put your hands behind your back, stop resisting…. 😱
Your interaction technique is remarkable. You slowly tease out through genial conversation those police officers who know the law and those who don’t and those whose characters make them good police officers or bad police officers.
Looks like the inspector really wants your details. For that copper to drive up and straight away caution you for not having the drone in line of sight. That was obviously a planned move by them.
To be honest DJE if you can't see your drone you've walked right into this one i hope you can , you must of known they were unhappy with you are were going to try and get you on anything .
A few videos where VLOS is very doubtful. You need to take the power back “ sorry can’t talk to you until I land” If the continue remind them of offence. DONT TALK AND FLY
🤔It's interesting to see that when in training, POs stand up straight with hands clasped in front, a bit like choir-boys!... THEN, once they are "one-the-job", hands go in pockets, and they slouch around like yobs! 😅
@@ianmcnulty3279 far from it - just note how many mugs watch Pt 2 😂😂 I don't bother with watching the videos, it's more entertaining commenting on the comments 😁
@darrylrichardson7940 That's his job. Before criticising, go and experience policing in other parts of the world & tell them you have been treated unfairly and let me know how you get on.
his job is to uphold the law. Not to intimidate people whilst carrying out legal activities. The lad was using a drone which was visible via his phone. the officer was distracting him which is not allowed. The officer must have been watching DJE flying his drone whilst driving his car, driving without due care and attention. The officer was there for one reason and one reason only and that was to get revenge for the inspector who when he asked dje for his details was made to look a fool in front of the trainees when dje declined to give them. It was all about the coppers being bigger and better hence showing dje their bigger and better drones. Never forget that this is meant to be a civilised country where policing is by consent. Yes I have been to Singapore were you could be fined for not flushing a public toilet. Hong Kong where the olive green police are constantly asking people for I.D. QATAR/BAHRAIN DUBAI 5 TIMES where you can be arrested for drinking/eating in the street during day time hours during Ramadan as well as being arrested for holding hands if you are not married to the person you are holding hands with. As I have said this country is policed by consent NOT Sharia law. @@Northstar-Media
These people are more likely to get our rights taken from us, we aren't the US, we don't have constitution to protect us. If they become a problem they'll just add new laws
When you were walking down i was thinking thats its going TOO well and its usually when things go horribly wrong. Seen it happen so many times. Its always one extreme to the other because they never stop looking for a way to incriminate you.
31:30 The badge guys the badge, says it all really!! so he read you your caution and then asked can you see the drone!!!!!!!!!! and that's from a trained cop what hope do we have with clowns like them telling us what we can and can't do?
The ones at the start were polite and friendly, but that one at the end who pulled up in his car is a real jobsworth trying to feel big, yet he'll cry when the vid makes him look bad. Police have time to harass innocent people, stuff their faces, update their twitter and look gormless during illegal protests but are always too busy to stop real crime and do the job the public pay them for. For this reason people will sooner trust their safety to a steel pipe than the police. You threaten to call the police and people just laugh, you threaten to use a steel pipe and they don't laugh.
Can't wait for part 2 😳😲👮♂️🚔 Because from your position, surrounded by trees 🌳 there is no way you have VLOS of your drone if you're flying over towards the college. My guess is they have a police drone training unit on site, the training officer who walked you off site, mentioned having a fly of a drone the college has. So he will have advised them of your intention to fly over, that will have had them out and all over you⚠️😲
@@thetruth9210 Irrelevant if he has no visual line of sight of his drone he is in breach of CAA regs. Even if it is a 'toy' drone weighing less than 250g it is still subject to some crazy restrictions, in fact you'd have less restrictions flying over the site in a paramotor⚠️😳😲 The next wave of restrictions will mean you'll have to register a paper airplane and fit a Network ID unit to it, pass an online test etc etc 😁⚠️
@@thetruth9210 He's completely surrounded by trees 🌳 and saying he's going to fly over the college site, which he has no clear LOS of? So unless he was flying directly overhead, doubtful, otherwise the drone unit officer wouldn't be asking where his drone was and DJE would just point up to it, if it was overhead, instead he just says, 'it's in the sky!'
@@thetruth9210 He's a drone unit officer based just on a gut feeling initially because the training officer who walked DJE off the site was talking about flying a drone the college had, when DJE was chatting to him about flying a drone over the site, the training officer was just gaining 'intel' and would have informed their own in house drone unit who would have rushed out straight to where DJE said he was flying from, how else would he know where to find him so quickly? Plus confirmed by a photo of the officer holding a huge police drone DJE posted earlier.😁⚠️ Let's hope DJE was flying in the open area he could see⚠️😲 Any drone pilot with an ounce of common sense wouldn't be flying where DJE launched from, trees just block the signal really badly, are a hazard to your drone and block the view of the airspace in your immeduate area⚠️😳
This next video part 2 will be so interesting to a lot of drone flyers...will the police be really strict on the drone laws ... Because caa say you not only need VLOS but also be able to see what way it is facing ...all this must be VLOS and NOT byy lookind at the SCREEN ...SO in reality If your drone is more than about 250 meters away your breaking the law ...
@@ThomasTelford-n9n yeah your right ..with my eyes about 100 m....plus the cop can look at the flight records and see how far it's been ...@geeksvana is gunna love this one
@@GowestmediaGWM Agreed, as i said elsewhere they could pull the flightlogs and determine relative to the treeline and distance whether he has VLOS and can tell which way its pointing. Ultimately the decision to prosecute or not will be very interesting
The police training program is not currently acceptable or effective. Also the training program is way to short and police are not trained for the job properly. You see the bad training on all videos on social media. Badly informed on laws and policies. It’s laughable and pathetic to see the rubbish and lies from them. Always trying to get identity when no crime has occurred. Then they say why you refusing or it’s suspicious why you can’t give them a name. Then the anger kicks in and they start making false allegations.
