Man this has been the most fascinating mini-series I have come across on RU-vid. This photographer is damn talented (of course) but then he looks great and has an awesome sense of humor. Very engaging series, largerly due to the great narrative offered by Matthieu.

In the case of the Hadzas: they don't have any kind of hierarchy, no chief or whatsoever. Lot of anthropologists believe that the first human groups were also organised like that.

This has been a real treat and pleasure to watch. I learned a lot and got completely immersed in these glimpses of life he gave us. I hope more videos like this get made. It's really unique. people romanticize this life type wayyyyy too much. It has a lot of downsides. My dad was the son of a farmer living in a remote village. Sure he complains about stress and bills in america and he misses the village life but you couldn't pay him to go back.

What I admired about him is that he was able to draw some positive lessons from their hunter gatherer life. But why do they smoke marijuana? This is something I noticed in several RU-vid documentaries I watched about them. Does the Tanzanian government recognize these people and respect their way of life? I ask this because the government of Botswana has been notorious for disregarding the way of life of the San people. Bravo! You weren't prejudiced about them.
