HI STEPHANIE 🎉🤍✨ VIDEO SUGGESTION 😆‼ I am also diagnosed with Anxiety and have dependent personality disorder (characterized by fear of confrontation and fights, need for approval, always agreeing with others, etc) At times because of being emotional, some friends always shut me off and call me an overthinker or overly sensitive and I feel like I have no right to react or share my emotions anymore. I thought it would be fun if like the confessions series, we do a series where viewers share an instance where you can help identify if we were gaslighted that time or if from an outside perspective, we were being silly or just thinking into it too much. 😆🤣 It's nothing serious. Just a lighthearted kind of game like "Gaslighted or Not" 😆🤍 Maybe you can also give helpful tips on how to respond when we are gaslighted, and also vice versa, how we can handle emotions better when we are being too irrational. The fact that Cindy and Tiffany look so concerned tells me that, that type of fighting is not typical. We as viewers want to believe that you guys are genuinely happy, but we been fooled by influences before!
