We had a pile of cable must of been thousand tonne at our yard , all sorts mixed in , my grandad said strip that lad , took me an age back in 1986 … I’ve a pic of me on the pile was a mountain , one job from those days I will never forget , we sold Up in the early 90’s
Darragh here from limerick Ireland could u not try line the yard and get 2/3 more vans. I lines would get pulled up with the crane but trying sum other way to get wedge more in.
Harry quick question just noticed on your brass wall you’ve got a red rail paraffin lamp is it a parker lamp by chance if so can I buy it. Great show by the way.
Makes me laugh as its the dad who started from scratch that scrap business who did and still do the hard work and the sons will be getting the business when he retires if he ever will so ok they are doing the work but not the real hard work it takes to start the business and make it the way it is now
