Greetings adventurers!
While sailing and doing some hourglass dives with my competitive team Hell and High Water we came across a galleon running the Sea of Champions sails. It turned out to be a previous winner of Sea of Champions, and we had an incredible fight with them. I'm especially happy with this fight because I've been learning to helm, and was still able to come out on top against this crew. GG!

what hull is that?

The hull I'm using is the "Oreo" hull called the Valiant Corsair Hull. It's from a code given away in Oreo packages.

This was one of my earlier helming vids. I was still new to the role at the time. You're correct tho, and the time I spent on cannon improved eventually.

What cannon flare is your ship using ?

I believe we were using the Spring Blossom 🌸 cannon flare which is from a previous season's plunder pass.

Idk if it's still a thing but in some cases if you shoot a firework that explodes directly above an enemy ship it can make their screens like bright white briefly. I thought it was patched out but I didn't question it.

@@duncanidaho5834 Flare actually doesn't explode like a firework. Usually the large fireworks are the best to use if you want to try it. It's pretty inconsistent though.

@@CroatZg no bro, lower pressure, board pressure, keeping there mast down, helming, bilging, keeping their flex down and maybe even mc below so they can just freely cannon, there is a lot of stuff that went into it

@@CroatZgIf you think a good gally crew considers a fight over once they're demasted, you have yet to encounter a good gally crew. Immobilizing the enemy is a part of just about every naval fight.
