winky dragging themself across the ground is sometimes called "scooting" it is when the dogs anal glands become too full. you should bring winky to the vets and they will be able to empty the glands in less than a minute. it's very simple vet task and will make winky feel much more comfortable

I think it might be worth taking Winky to the vet, with the scooting on the ground and cuddling when he usually doesn’t. My dog isn’t too much of a cuddler but when he is scared or hurt he is so I think that could be how it is with Winky. Sockie, I love watching you and all of your successes training Winky. Know that you totally do not have to share any information with us that you don’t want to! We will love and support you no matter what. There could be many answers here‘s 1. if he hasn’t been neutered that can cause discomfort for him 2. He could have worms. Winky has been “dragging his butt along the ground” because it’s is highly likely that he has worms. This is why it is important not to let your dog lick your face because they could give them to you. Worms are really common in dogs and you can get medicine for it at pet shops and stuff. Thanks ❤️

NORRIS NUTS!! FOR 8:36- Winky dragging the butt around the floor... that's basically her scent glands are like full. When dog's sniff each-others butts, they are actually sniffing each other's scent glands. Small dog's usually struggle to poop out some of the scent glands, and when it gets fuller it gets itchy. I empty my dog's glands at home, but you should consider taking Winky to the vet to squeeze some out :) I love you and hope this helped! (The terminology may not be exactly correct but I hope you understood)

Also normally when a dog is scraping their bums on the ground its usually a sign of worms but its a very easy treatment all you need is a worm treatment so yeah nothing to worry about!

I’m so glad you guys can finally feel safe now you have Demi. I had a pit bull that only attacked on command, if someone hit me or fence jumpers. She attacked a guy evading police who jumped my fence and she got him at the back fence and ripped the back of his leg off. The police returned with treats for her the next day. Then a neighbour was hitting her with a metal pole over the fence and when he dropped the pole and he tried to get it she bit the tip of his finger off. He called the police but I already had and they took the pole as evidence for his finger prints, arrested him for animal cruelty and he had to pay a $2000 vet bill for her to be X-rayed all over, an mri and an ultrasound to ensure she had no internal bleeding. She did get 3 stitches on her head but he lost the top of his finger for good and had to pay the vet bill upfront before being released on bail from the police station.

One, I am just so thankful for you all to finally have a strong sense of safety. I understand completely what it is like to feel unsafe. Our house was broken into and it was so scary and we didn’t feel safe for ages. So grateful you all have Demi (and Winky) to care for you! Secondly, Sockie you are so very loved! You are an amazingly talented, kind, and loving young lady. Each time I see all you have done with Winky I just think to myself “If she can accomplish that all on her own, she is going to be such a huge success in anything she puts her mind to!” You are a big part of the cornerstone of your family and the NN Army loves you!! I’ve noticed that every video you upload I never want to watch it, no not because I don’t like them, the opposite I love them so much that I don’t want to see them and feel like there’s nothing more to watch, I feel like you are such a including family and that every tear and moment we all share, I remember watching all your Christmas vlogs and crying with you guys, I watched even this blog with tears in my eyes, to see you all so grateful and happy, truly happy.
