Did you end up buying your home and did you buy off plan or a currently available unit. I realize too many questions but that's because I'm not a resident of ME and thus new to that market
@@rollingdhong its better you take quotation from both to compare.. also i would suggest to check the investor visa criteria as investment amount differ from emirates to emirates
The property is just amazing and congratulations 🎊 but I feel you should have been more specific about the payment plan as we know for a middle class it’s just not easy to pay the huge amount , like I know Danube property are famous for their payment plan and also I req you to go for detailing of amenities as I heard there are going to be schools with in the villa which sounds amazing so plz go a bit detailed.
What’s it like ? I work in Dubai but I love this Masaar community in Sharjah. I have a family of 4 so I need the space and want my mum to come over also. Is the commute feasible daily ?
As the viewers are not only from UAE, i wrote Dubai. The name Dubai is more familiar than UAE or any other emirates. Also if you see in the map, the property is on the border of Dubai. If you are searching for buying a villa, in Dubai you will get 3bhk villa instead of 2bhk ( like this 1 ) in same price. But this property is worth paying extra. You should visit once. btw, its freehold.
