Abandoned Tiny house renovation project.
Join us as we have a first look at this abandoned house that we bought unseen!!!
We know you are all used to watching us renovate elegant chateaux but this little house was such a bargain Edd couldn't resist buying it even without seeing it. He has set himself a target of 6 months to renovate this abandoned tiny house..... its going to be intense and interesting so if you haven't subscribed do so.... you wont be disappointed!!

🙏 we will be chatting about this next vlog, but we know each other that much that we often make fairly big decisions on our own (we both have confidence in each other / know what is acceptable to the other and what isn’t) ….. for example I would never buy the land for our forever home on my own …. This place is more of a work transaction for us!

Anna is an optimistic, trusting wife. However, she knows Edd's drive and capabilities, which obviously allows her to support his vision. I'd have had a complete meltdown had my husband presented this to me! I'm totally excited to see them crack-on! 🎉

Now I know this is going to be epic! Especially knowing how Lagorce (once a crumbling wreck) was rebuilt by Ed and his family (now a stunning wedding venue) and watching how the passion project bloomed into a stunning building of beauty and now this...oh we know and Anna definitely knows that its going to bloom and that with Ed at the helm they're in great hands!! 🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤❤❤ Can't wait!!!

Lots of work, lots of potential. Smart move. You are experienced builders, you got into an up and coming neighborhood early and cheap. Good profit possible. Reinvest all proceeds from RU-vid into this project for a tax write off. People will watch as it’s intriguing to see how you bring this dump back to life. Dan’s channel is growing rapidly and his Chateau is starting to look line it can be saved.

Looks like an excellent project. Once you pull out the rot it will start to look great. If you flip or convert into a long-term rental, it will payoff with a big return and you'll make the city and the new tenant or owner very happy with your good workmanship.

Anna carried herself well. I think she was close to overwhelmed. Edd you are a glutten for punishment but all in all. I had to look close for the features and could see beauty in the decay. The window areas with great views. I do not doubt your ability to bring it into something beautiful again. Just like you have done before!!! When you are done I will have tears again by its beauty.
