It's useless as a winch though. I have my winches sunk so I can still use them, pull from the front of a car, disconnect and hook the winch to the rear axle to pull it further onto the trailer. Even though it's under the first car I can still use it to pull the second car up. And mine is an old modified Big Tex from the mid '90s. No need to spend a ton on new fangled junk.
Diamond C setting the bar high again. The v2 air suspension is top notch. Finally full width ramps on the 102 drive over fender. But the MVC is simply awesome!
Love the hide a winch. Adding a winch mount to my gooseneck similar to how it was on the blue one except it’s going to be receiver type so I can use on my truck also. Black trailer would be my dream in 24 length.
DIAMOND C TRAILERS hands down the best trailer company out there. I’ve never owned one before, but the workmanship and the quality of these trailers are very user friendly. They pretty much have a trailer for your every need. If Diamond C sees this, i would love to test one out 🇺🇸🇺🇸🤞🏻 thanks for the review Greg and silent Mike
Love the hideaway winch and all i would love to see some landscape trailers from them for lawn mowers and such. And the tilt on that trailer is also great to have power or gravity my boss's car trailer is hydraulic tilt but having it both ways would be nice and the deck lights would be killer to have loading at night being able to see where your chaining/strapping down
You guys diamond c remind me of when I used to work at the Boeing company well thought out that product your showing and Greg right now is a very nice trailer anyhow this is six in a row Jay I am from Kennerdel PA Greg you’re doing a good job thank you
Wish I had the money to buy a diamond c for my hotshot set up that I'm still trying to get started. I'm driving for a buddy of mine now, but he's got an in with load trail trailers and won't go any different route. I've watched countless videos on different manufacturers of trailers and I always go back to diamond c for the way I'm going. Been a fan of yours for many years Greg, keep busting out great material buddy.
Bought 16’ 32” LPD. I absolutely love this trailer. Ever thing about it is so thought through… except the gate.. seems like it like a lot of thought and innovation went into the trailer, they got to the gate and was like… mmmeehhh..!
Why not add like a shelf on top of the battery and air compressor that is removable. so you could you that little extra storage space but also access that equipment if you need to service them?
Nice trailers. Like the new options. Now your going to need another tow rig to tow all 3 trailers to the events. Just think of all the vehicles you can take now.
I wish they would do away with the gooseneck and build step decks and flatbeds to hook up like a semi flatbed/step deck. I’m always having to custom build one for hot shots. Cut the gooseneck off. Plus it’s much safer hauling.
You gys is out standing with the way you build your trailers i really Like that 25ooo dollars trailer because thats what i am planning on halling cars and trucks. And steel micheanery equemint. NBC ylou r word man smile ok
Good video, I waas just watching Stan' interviewing the same gentleman about these trailers, and you added a few point, well done 😎👍 Load vs pressure chart is a darn good idea - but the gauge'll need to be calibrated to be most effective as a +/- 10% of FSD* tolerance isn't uncommon, not is an offset (when the gauge doesn't actually read zero with no pressure). An operator could be a fair bit over, and face some hefty penalties, while thinking he was OK - or think he was at his limit with a fair bit of load reserve being unused. 13:40 - sometimes you need to pull something with a low hitch point, or need it right up to the front - having the winch pivot, or being adjustable for height, and/or an optional bottom roller or block would allow this. *Full Scale Deflection - for a 150 PSI gauge that means +/- 15PSI, which is across the whole range. So actual may be 80 PSI, but the tolerance allows 65-95 PSI gauge reading. Obviously, the closer the tolerance on FSD, the more accurate the gauge will be, and the closer to actual load.
When will the industry in this country make a trailer with steer axles. In Europe it has been around for a long time. I have seen trailers in Italy with steer axles in the eighties and it was carrying railroad box cars. So the trailer was carrying heavy and it steer to assistance drivers when making turns and backing. How were you guys able to get that trailer? Does the company give away the trailer the regular customers to test it.
@@CLRracer42 I also like Lamar brand. My personal trailer is a 24ft Lamar HD equipment trailer that was custom ordered through local dealer for someone else. Abe used it a year and needed a deck over. I bought while he was waiting for his new one. It has options they won’t do anymore like extra beams , lights, and stale pockets. Got it for 4K less than a new one pre COVID craziness and love it. But the diamond C and Maxxd are amazing. With there innovations.
@@richardharvey8939 Lamar, Load Trail and Iron Bull are solid units too. My personal trailer is a Kaufman, which I think is one of the better value brands. But like you said, DC and Maxx D are miles ahead with features and tech.
Good Evening, been looking at that trailer for a while since they were coming out, do you know when the Air Ride option is going to be available for the MVC? Currently on the website its not.
How much does that tilt deck cost to buy? Not that one in the video but he said they sell them? Can I haul a car on that kind of trailer can I pull it with a half ton pick up Chevy Silverado 1500?
Hey that jack you have in the back of the trailer is a very good idea but why don’t you mount that thing in the middle on the very back of the trailer that way when you drive up onto it you’re not tweaking it so you’re putting unless you got another one on the other side you’re gonna be twisting the trailer this is six in a row jim again from Kennerdell Pennsylvania
